The Position
The Retail Sales & Stock Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store, and assisting with purchases, deliveries, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service , including assistance with purchases, suggestive selling, and product information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products and pricing
- Operate the sales machine and cash register accurately, returning appropriate change
- Keep the store neat and organized, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning
- Prepare and maintain attractive product displays on the sales floor
- Report any theft or suspicious activity to management immediately
- Assist with stock levels and inventory management
- Remove sold product from the sales floor and prepare for customer pickup and delivery
- Pull product for delivery or pick-up and move items to staging areas for loading
- Assemble or disassemble furniture as directed by store management
- Use proper material handling procedures to prevent injury or product damage
- Maintain restrooms and interior/exterior common areas as assigned
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- English required; Spanish language skills preferred (verbal and written)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Dealership Vehicle Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in managing vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting dealership operations.
The Automotive Dealership Vehicle Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining and updating vehicle inventory records, processing paperwork, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless inventory management process. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurately enter and maintain vehicle inventory records in dealership management systems.
- Process new and used vehicle invoices, registrations, and other required documentation.
- Ensure all vehicle titles, stickers, and registration documents are correctly filed and up to date.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and work with sales and accounting teams to resolve any issues.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory, ensuring all units are properly documented.
- Assist with inventory audits to verify accuracy in records.
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments regarding vehicle status and availability.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal inventory regulations.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Inventory Clerk or in a related administrative role preferred.
- Knowledge of dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
