+ Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
+ Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

This role is critical to ensuring that maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the maintenance team with timely access to required parts and tools.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts, tools, and equipment.

**Role Summary:**
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for inventory-related functions; this includes generating purchase requestions and cycle counts, following up on delivery of parts, scheduling orders to meet customer request dates, and leading the morning accountability meetings. The Inventory Control Coordinator will work with a cross-functional team to ensure parts arrive at the facility just in time (JIT).
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for inventory-related functions, this includes:
+ Review Cycle counts
+ Assigning and editing stock locations
+ All data entry associated with these functions
+ Will also be responsible for the proper handling and storage of all items, be it Customer property or Flowserve stock.
+ Apply in depth proficiency in running all inventory reports in support of daily operations as required. Reconcile the cycle count daily.
+ Communicate on the status of orders and assist in tracking shipments until delivery is completed. Ensure changes in order status are communicated in a timely manner and assist in trouble-shooting order issues to maintain on-time delivery.
+ Closely monitor PO due dates and expedite the status of PO deliveries.
+ Maintain and replenish stocks for consumables.
+ Work independently, manage time effectively, and be well organized to handle a high-volume workload.
+ Majority of the workload is ordering parts from other internal facilities and outside vendors and creating production orders for parts to be manufactured.
**Requirements:**
+ HS Diploma/GED
+ 1-3+ years of planning and scheduling experience in Manufacturing
+ Proficient with MS Office Tools, specifically Excel
+ Capable of working overtime on short notice

Under supervision of the Building Manager, the Stock Clerk has the following responsibilites:
- Receive, check-in, and place in storage all Commissary, produce and direct deliveries.
- Maintain proper rotation of products.
- Daily straightening and placing in order all stock on shelves in coolers, freezers and storage locations.
- Assist Managers, Cooks and Salad Persons in food pulls for the purpose of thawing and food preparation; placing items in proper storage/kitchen areas as directed.
- Assist in washing, sanitization, and restocking of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
- Be knowledgeable in proper use of detergents, chemicals, etc. used in pot washing, dish machine operation, and general cleaning.
- Wash, mop, and scrub floors/walls in storage, cooler, kitchen and trash holding areas.
- Recycle boxes and dispose of garbage.
- Assist in snow removal from loading docks, and entrance sidewalks.
- Maintain appearance and hygiene within stated Auxiliary Services and health department guidelines.
- Perform duties in accordance with established safety practices.
- Perform other similar or related tasks as requested by Manager.
This is a part-time 30 hr/wk, morning position, with a generous benefits package that includes leave time, retirement and insurance.
Required Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED; or Equivalent Military Service and training. Ability to lift one hundred (100) pounds. The ability to work cohesively on a team in a fun but fast-paced environment.
