**What You Can Expect**
This position is responsible for the inspection and assembly of product, for providing service support to the field service team, and for distribution packaging and labeling. The role may also provide support to the receiving, replenishing, picking, and shipping functions of the Distribution Center.
**This position is first shift, 5 days on-site (M-F), in Olive Branch, MS.**
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Inspect product according to specified characteristics and standard work.
+ Assemble product as instructed and according to related procedures.
+ Provide service support to the field service team.
+ Perform packaging and labeling activities in the Distribution Center.
+ Comply with standards to ensure all duties are completed in a timely basis.
+ Rotate, as requested, amongst the various functions required to ensure standards are met on a daily basis.
+ Adapt to constant changes, including the possibility of shift changes, as directed.
+ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members as well as with the sales force, customer service, and marketing personnel.
+ Support cycle counts and audits for inventory.
+ Support the review of documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
+ Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions; to disseminate and explain information; to take orders; and to address complaints.

+ Must be customer focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Must be a team player.
+ Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
+ Able to stay organized and on task with attention to detail.
+ Must have computer literacy to include proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
**Your Background**
+ High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
+ At least two years of experience in customer service, inventory, or a distribution/warehouse environment. At least four years of related experience is preferred.
+ A combination of commensurate education and experience may be considered.
+ Experience in an automated distribution environment is highly preferred.
+ Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment.
+ Familiarity with receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping functions.
+ Experience in the operation of bulk inventory handling equipment such as pallet jack trucks and forklifts.
+ Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced working environment.
+ Must be physically able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs.
+ Must be physically able to stand and walk for at least 45 minutes at a time.
**Travel Expectations**
Minimal travel, 0-10%.
