We are seeking a motivated Stock Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our new store, working closely with the US business leader. Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment Handling: Receive, unload, and organise merchandise arriving from our regional warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and organise stock efficiently for easy access and perform regular inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies.
- Returns handling: coordinate the returns handling and reverse logistics inflow.
- Product Preparation: Ensure all products are accurately labelled and priced for in-store and online sales.

- Customer Service Support: Assist customers as needed, directing them to products and answering queries.
- E-Commerce Fulfilment: Process and manage returns from the US domestic market and prepare e-commerce orders from the retail location.

**Summary**
The Coleman Livestock Team Manager is responsible for the management of the Coleman Livestock Team, for making sure that Coleman is supplied with the necessary amount of incoming, qualifying live hogs and for taking the lead on all farmer focused activities. **Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Manage the day to day activities of the Coleman Livestock Team to ensure that all required team tasks are achieved.
+ Manage, plan and forecast short and long term hog supply needs, ensuring adherence to the agreed upon fiscal year plan in terms of headcount and hog cost.
+ Develop contract payment mechanisms and language, negotiate hog contracts and ensure producers and Coleman Natural abide by the terms of said contracts.
+ Recruit and develop interested producers who wish to join the Coleman Natural program, in accordance with brand needs for hog supply.
+ Ability to identify, diagnose and solve for the typical challenges that arise with any business. Continuous improvement ability and desire is a must.
+ Will serve as the first point of contact for farmers and will work with current farmer roster to quickly resolve any issues that arise in a fair manner.
+ Represent Coleman Natural at industry events and internal meetings.
+ Perform audits and farm visits as necessary.
+ Ability to travel, expected travel will be 40-60%.
+ Other activities as assigned.
**Minimum Education**
+ A four-year degree in Animal Science, Ag Business or related field; or 10+ years of industry experience. Team leadership experience a strong plus.

+ Niche market/High Animal Welfare standards
+ Hog markets/contracting/swine operations financials

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters, MBA, or advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations preferred.
- Significant experience in the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and users.
- Experience in configuration management.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in product, supplier risk or business continuity planning.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in data analytics, regression modeling, large language models (LLM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of operational excellence, managing and delivering outcomes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
