**Responsibilities:**
- Use power pneumatic and hand tools.
- Operate fork trucks and hoists.
- Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any line in the plant in accordance with predetermined methods and sequences.
- In accordance with company policy and the union contract, assemblers must also be able and willing to meet these essential job requirements:
- Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met.
- Work multiple jobs both within and outside the assigned product area.
- Use all required safety gear and equipment.
- Comply with all established plant rules and policies.
- Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in the assigned work area.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- 1st, 2nd, and weekend shift available.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and follow assembly directions, work order packets, and safety instructions in English.

Job Description
The Material Handling Supervisor is responsible for leading teams of hourly, bargaining employees in completing material receiving and delivery activities that enable the plant to meet daily production targets. This role directly supports daily production, the Material Handling Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting problems as they arise and allocating resources and manpower accordingly to resolve issues without impact to plant throughput performance. The Material Handling Supervisor participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Production Way activities.
- Interacts with all levels of the organization including bargaining and non-bargaining hourly and salary employees as well as executive leadership
- Responsible for Manpower Management including Hourly Employee absenteeism, training and Stellantis Production Way Involvement

The Operator - Material Handling will be a critical part of Operations to ensure materials for production are in the right place at the right time and be responsible for all inbound and outbound material flows through the facility.
**As an Operator - Material Handling, you will:**
+ Receive and accurately store manufacturing components from outside vendors and other Lilly sites.
+ Process material movements in the warehouse inventory system and complete cycle counting.
+ Prepare materials for production by case-picking and hand-picking materials from storage racks and bins.
+ Process outbound shipments, including intermediates, finished products, and waste.
+ Follow and execute policies and procedures impacting warehouse activities.
+ Follow all cGMP and all other regulatory requirements.
**Maintain a safe work environment** **by:**
+ Following all safety requirements and procedures.
+ Utilizing proper ergonomic techniques.
+ Maintaining high housekeeping standards and routinely inspectingareas for health and safety issues.
