Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is a global organization within Amazon that designs, builds, deploys, and maintains mission-critical infrastructure supporting Amazon's operations network and partnering with suppliers worldwide to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of products and services at scale. Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, compliance, or a related field, with a strong focus on global supply chain compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying a wide range of supply chain-related laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., customs, export controls, anti-corruption).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective supply chain compliance programs, including the design of policies, procedures, and controls.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence cross-functional teams and deliver compelling compliance training.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and customs processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain, business, law); advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
