AMD Strategic Advisor
KBR is seeking a Strategic Advisor to support the Army's Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Commandant, Deputy, and other members of the team with a mission area focus of Army AMD and Army Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS). This strategic advisor position engages across the DOD and Army processes to include AMD doctrine, concept development, training, programming, acquisition, plans, policy, and operations to shape, guide, and defend the Commandant's equities. The strategic advisor will work on-site in Arlington, VA in a part-time role (30 hours) and in conjunction with the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3 DAMO-Fires and Joint C-sUAS Office (JCO), Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), AMD Cross-Functional Team (CFT), Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO M&S), and other enterprise stakeholders both in the Army Staff, Joint Staff, and OSD. Position requires travel on a quarterly basis. Strategic Advisor to the Air Defense Artillery Commandant will:
+ Integrated doctrine, organizational, training, and leadership requirements to support Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense
+ Prepare and present written products (reports, info papers, executive summaries, and briefings) to Branch leadership to shape and lead the Army's AMD and C-sUAS mission areas.
+ Engage with Branch leadership on a routine basis and provide advice and recommended guidance to support the team's initiatives.
+ Represent the Commandant's team in various forums as both a team lead and/or supporting participant.
Required Qualifications
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen
+ Education: Master's Degree required.
+ Experience: 25 years of related military experience; 10 years of Pentagon
+ Clearance: Must be able to attain a TOP SECRET (TS/SCI) clearance

This SME will have demonstrated experience supporting the review, mitigation, and monitoring of foreign investments subject to review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and Team Telecom. This SME, in the role of Global Investments Strategic Advisor, will help lead a team of CFIUS and Team Telecom analysts as well as other personnel focused on DOD investment analysis priorities to protect the Defense Industrial Base.
Preferred:

The M365 Teams Product Manager will serve as a strategic enabler for Truist's digital workplace transformation. Senior-level trusted advisor and thought-leader providing an experienced technology and business perspective in the development of enterprise strategies and Digital enablement. Drive the delivery of enterprise strategies through current and emerging technology capabilities. Evaluate industry trends and perform financial-technology exploration to identify emerging technologies and innovation opportunities critical to Truist's future technology success. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

4. Lead adoption initiatives through tailored training, support, and environment strategies that empower teammates to use M365 tools effectively.

6. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify innovation opportunities and inform strategic investments
7. Develop business cases that articulate the value of M365 investments in terms of agility, resilience, and digital fluency.
8. Monitor platform performance and user engagement to inform continuous improvement
9. Effectively communicate technology and business enablement future-state recommendations to a variety of audiences (from Board level/Executive Management to technologists to end-users) such that it engenders buy-in and active support
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Management Information Systems-related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Fifteen to twenty years of progressively responsible leadership experience in technology;
3. Fifteen to twenty years of experience in technology strategy and/or architectural domains
4. Comprehensive experience with various architectural domains such as application, data, infrastructure, security and integration
5. Broad understanding of technology, architectural and strategic-planning concepts
6. Ability to identify and translate enterprise-level needs into technology plans/business solutions
7. Ability to interact effectively with Executive Management
8. Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
9. Ability to think and act strategically
10. Substantial experience as a senior-level and effective negotiator (internal and external negotiations)
11. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
