Job Description:
We're seeking a driven and strategic individual to join our team as a Strategic Alliances Manager, responsible for expanding and strengthening our ecosystem of third-party technology providers and accounting consultants. This role plays a critical part in accelerating Sage's sales growth by building and managing high-impact relationships with value-added resellers (VARs) and other key partners. You will manage existing partnerships, identify new alliance opportunities, and work closely with our sales team to drive incremental revenue. You will also develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners and represent Sage at relevant industry events through attendance or presentations. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, particularly in a matrixed environment, as you'll engage with a broad range of internal stakeholders. Prior experience in partner or alliance management-especially within finance transformation, the office of the CFO, technology vendor selection, or digital transformation-is highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing and outreach efforts to engage potential partners, including consultants, advisors, and value-added resellers (VARs)
- Design and implement a scalable, tiered partnership framework to support growth
- Expand the partner program to accelerate new customer acquisition and drive top-line revenue for Sage
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support pipeline development and partner-influenced opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to identify and accelerate net-new business through strategic alliances and partner-driven deals
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years' experience in either software, technology, or consulting industry
- Prior experience in partner or alliance management
- Strong cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment
- Extensive experience usingSalesforce.com, PowerPoint, Excel

Your Impact

Axon is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and collaborative Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team. In this high-impact role, you will lead efforts to expand and scale Axon's partner ecosystem-driving partnerships that unlock new growth opportunities, accelerate product adoption, and strengthen our customer value proposition. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Legal to identify, structure, and execute alliances that directly support Axon's commercial objectives and innovation roadmap.

This individual will be expected to independently lead key strategic partner engagements while coordinating with internal teams to ensure strong alignment, execution discipline, and lifecycle management. What You'll Do

Work Location: This role is eligible to be based out of any of Axon's US hub offices (Atlanta, Boston, DC, Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle) and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Reports to : Head, Global Strategic Alliances
Partnership Development and Ecosystem Building
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities that enhance Axon's product ecosystem and accelerate GTM efforts.
  • Engage with potential partners-particularly technology providers, ISVs, and enterprise software vendors-to structure and formalize partnerships that support sales objectives.

The starting base pay for this role is between USD 170,190 in the lowest geographic market and USD 208,010 in the highest geographic market. + **Align partnership activities** across the broader NTT DATA organization, ensuring alignment across North America, EMEAL, and Japan organizations.
+ **Be an active thought leader** within the broader alliances' organization, taking on projects that will enable all alliances to thrive.

Qualifications:
+ Experienced alliance executive with minimum of **10+** years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing OpenAI or other GenAI tech platform vendors preferred
+ Some understanding of OpenAI partner programs and processes
+ Experience in large corporate environments with ability to influence and align across divisional lines
+ Experience enabling OpenAI (Or other GenAI tech platform vendor - Google, MS, Snowflake, Databricks) partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
+ Skilled program manager
+ Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization; international work experience preferred
+ Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (OpenAI a plus)
+ OpenAI (or Other GenAI Platforms) Certifications a plus.
+ Ability to travel approximately 25% (align with NTT's post-COVID travel guidance)
+ Bachelor's degree
Basic Required Qualifications:
+ **5+** years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing GenAI (or data platforms) partnerships
+ 5+ years' experience enabling GenAI (or data platforms) partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams

**Vice President - Global Strategic Alliance - OpenAI:**
The Vice President of Strategic Global Alliance - OpenAI will lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships and alliances on a global scale. This role is crucial in driving growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring that partnership strategies align with NTT Data and OpenAI's overarching goals. The Alliance leader will collaborate with Sales teams, manage pipeline activities, generate new leads, oversee certifications, and leverage investments available through partner programs. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating joint solution development and managing contractual commitments with partners. This role encompasses responsibilities across NTT Data's global footprint.
