Northrop Grumman is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst within the Corporate Strategy & Technology Organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Ventures and Partnerships, **this position will be located at Northrop Grumman's Corporate headquarters in Falls Church, VA.**
The selected candidate will support the development of portfolio-shaping strategies that optimize the company's positioning for long-term value creation. To that end, the Corporate Strategy Analyst will:
**_Support the development and execution of strategic partnerships:_**
This may entail helping identify and analyze opportunities with potential partners and preparing detailed reports and presentations. The candidate would assist in coordinating with internal teams to align partnership goals with company objectives, and supporting ongoing relationships both internal and external. Additionally, the candidate may be responsible for tracking partnership performance metrics and providing insights to assist executive decision making.
**_Source, analyze, and execute venture investments_** **:**
The candidate will support strategic and financial analyses of startups working on technologies aligned with Northrop Grumman's strategic priorities and will assist with the development, execution, and integration of minority equity investments. The candidate will also be responsible for portfolio management activities associated with Northrop Grumman's current venture investments.
**_Coordinate the Corporate Office's technology scouting initiatives:_**
The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise-wide tech scouting & startup engagement programming, including a monthly pitch event series. The candidate will coordinate relationships with internal innovation stakeholders across Northrop Grumman's business units as well as the external innovation ecosystem (including but not limited to venture capital firms and startup incubators/accelerators). The candidate may attend various defense technology industry conferences as a technology scout for Northrop Grumman.
**_Support ad hoc analysis and special project_** **s:**
Respond to or support executive sponsored special projects with dynamic requirements; succinctly and accurately present findings to leadership via development of executive-level presentations (e.g., on competitors, industry trends, inorganic opportunities, etc.).
**Basic Qualifications:**
**Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4 years of experience.**
**Proven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize business and financial insights from multiple sources.**
**Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.**
**Experience in technology scouting, venture capital, financial analysis, and/or strategy development.**

Salary Range: $100,300.00 - $150,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

**Summary:**
We are looking for a highly quantitative problem solver to join the Infra Data Center Strategic Planning team. In this pivotal role, you will be part of the team that builds Meta's global data center roadmap, develops end-to-end infrastructure growth strategies, and develops capacity plans that set the direction for one of the fastest growing platforms in the world.As a Data Center Strategic Planner, you will have the unique opportunity to drive critical decision analyses and planning programs that efficiently scale our data center footprint to meet rapidly growing demand for AI and Meta's family of products and services. You will engage in transformational strategic initiatives and capacity programs from inception, evaluating trade-offs, driving strategic recommendations to executive leadership, and seeing them through to implementation. This individual contributor role is inherently cross-functional, requiring collaboration with key data center stakeholders across capacity engineering, network strategy, data center design & construction, site selection, energy, site & facility operations, and finance.
**Required Skills:**
Data Center Strategic Planner Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate cross-functionally to define problem statements and develop analytical models that shape industry-leading data center strategies to support growth in AI and Meta's family of products and services
2. Develop and utilize a decision analysis framework to evaluate major data center investments, identifying comparative trade-offs that inform strategic decision-making
3. Play a critical role in managing data center supply planning programs and developing strategies for building data center capacity, enabling the business to get ahead and stay ahead of demand volatility
4. Apply quantitative techniques to generate actionable insights and recommendations, separating signal from noise for executive communication and decision making
5. Lead and support various ad hoc projects to advance Meta's data center strategy
**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
7. 8+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, technology strategy/consulting, investment banking, corporate development, technical program management, or supply chain optimization
8. Demonstrates business acumen and intuition, with experience in hypothesis-driven analysis and communicating recommendations to a wide variety of audiences
9. Proven analytical and quantitative skills, with experience collaborating with data science/engineering teams to develop actionable insights
10. Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively across internal organizations and build trusted working relationships
11. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, rigorously prioritize initiatives, and adapt to change

12. Relevant experience in infrastructure strategy and planning, with a focus on cloud/infrastructure/AI scaling and optimization projects.
13. MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
**Public Compensation:**
$130,000/year to $190,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
