Solutioneer Strategic Services, LLC is hiring full-time, motivated Class A CDL Short Haul Drivers with a clean driving record for its Amazon Freight Partner program. We are a local small business with the benefits of a large company. We haul exclusively for Amazon and are making on-the-spot job offers contingent on meeting eligibility and background check requirements.

What you'll do:

• Haul Amazon loads (primarily no touch freight) using state of the art Amazon-branded equipment and technology , including brand new sleeper cabs
• Service round-trip routes on 36 hour shifts (13 hour run-10 hour break-13 hour run) with a minimum of 47 hours per week (3.5 shifts of 13 hours each)
• Play an important and respected role in keeping Amazon's commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place

**As a Consultant Manager, you will:**
+ Establish relationships with CDFIs, CDEs, and various community development stakeholders
+ Identify opportunities with existing or aspiring CDFIs to allow them to execute their vision
+ Assist clients with formalizing their organizational framework through an Organization Assessment including: review of the organization's service area, products/services, track record, pipeline, community impact data, management capacity and finances
+ Assist with underwriting and structuring NMTC transactions
+ Support and prepare for submission of relevant Certifications
+ Prepare sub-CDE Certifications in connection with NMTC allocation agreements.

**What will you be doing?**

**Requirements:**

+ Demonstrated success building and closing sales and ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex project/program scenarios with clients, partners and WWT stakeholders
+ Consulting experience leading major change efforts, preferably in the area of strategic staffing/resourcing initiatives
+ Excellent communication and verbal skills with exceptional interpersonal skills.
