**Global Financial Solutions**
MUFG's Global Financials Solutions ("GFS") is a structuring group that delivers customized solutions to address CFOs' and Treasurers' unique corporate objectives and financial issues. **Job Summary**
The Business Strategy Associate plays a critical role in supporting the group's strategic and operational goals. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of business initiatives, preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and portfolio reports, and providing insights that drive decision-making. The role involves significant interaction with internal stakeholders, helping to identify, analyze, and solve business-related issues or transaction-specific challenges.

**Skills & Experience**
+ An undergraduate degree - required
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in business strategy, finance, consulting, or a related field, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.

**Compensation and Benefits**
The typical base pay range for this role is between $150k - $185k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. About The Team

About the Role

The Content Strategy & Planning Team is looking for a Content Strategy Associate to help drive impact across breadth of strategy work, supporting the Content Strategy & Planning department.
