Basic Qualifications

Job Details:

Purpose

Design, develop, test, document and maintain production and R&D sonar and security system software in the Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) of Applied Research Laboratories (ARL).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop sonar software applications and scripts in a Linuxenvironment using C/C++, Python, and Bash.

• Create supporting documentation for software and systems.

• Maintain and test new and legacy code.

• Participate in data collection exercises, data management, and analysis.

• Support the installation and testing of equipment in field locations.

• Other related functions as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in Python, C++, Git, SQL, and bash scripting.
