**Position Purpose:**
The Studio Associate is responsible for working cross departmentally to deliver studio assets. Collaboration is critical, as this role works across several departments.

The Photo Studio Stock Associate supports the Studio Management team with the handling, organizing and maintaining of system/physical inventory integrity.

This is a Part-Time on-site position based out of our Chicago, Illinois Photo Studio

A day in the life as a Photo Studio Stock Associate.

+ Facilitate the physical and systemic movement of core merchandise and samples within the store

+ Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and work with supervisors to reconcile discrepancies

+ Support team to successfully meet project deadlines

+ Utilize the AS400 system to receive orders/transfers, reference stock levels, reconcile count adjustments

+ Facilitate seasonal purge of discontinued product and receiving of new season's product

+ Maintain accurate labeling and organization of product samples and core merchandise

+ Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of processes

+ Clearly communicate anticipated challenges to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional partners

What You'll Do

• Provide all clients exceptional service and hospitality in line with Myo standards
• Introduce new clients to our service offering with clear, on-brand messaging via phone, walk in, written communication

• Maintain consistent communications with all other FDA and clinic staff to ensure seamless handoff from one shift to the next
• Share insights from daily shifts, therapists and client feedback to Operations Lead as relevant
