Law Bulletin Media is a diversified information company serving the legal, real estate and financial markets. We are seeking a dedicated Subscription Coordinator to be part of our growing team!


Position Summary:

The Subscription Coordinator (SC) is responsible for managing and marketing subscriptions for many of our products including Lawyerport, Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Chicago Lawyer magazine, Chicago Law Journal and Sullivan’s Law Directory. The SC works directly with customers and collaboratively with the broader Lawyerport sales team to maintain and increase subscriptions to our digital and print products. The SC also maintains our subscription database and assists with the distribution of our digital and print products. The SC is part of a broad sales and customer support team that work together to manage customer relationships and ensure we are delivering on customer expectations. The Subscription Coordinator reports to the Customer Support Manager.


Essential Functions:

  • Assist subscribers to ensure that they have appropriate access to digital products and are receiving print publications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the circulation database by regularly entering and updating subscriber information.
  • Manage digital subscriptions in Lawyerport.
  • Oversee the renewal and billing processes to ensure timely payment by subscribers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the status and trends of subscriptions.
  • Maintain distribution lists for our various email products.
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns for our products.
  • Assist in the management of Law Bulletin Media events.
  • Research Lawyerport profiles and input updates.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.


Position Qualifications:

  • Education: B.A. with a marketing focus preferred.
  • 2-3 years in marketing, customer service or related field for B2B business.
  • Subscription management system or CRM experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal industry, lawyers and law firms preferred.

About The Role

The Subscription Services Representative is a key individual contributor on the World-Wide Renewals team. Should You Accept The Challenge

  • Be a point of contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers to proactively market subscription opportunities to partners and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Pure Storage
  • Effectively communicate company messages, value propositions, etc. verbally and in writing
  • Uncover accounts which may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure
  • Accountable for reviewing and validating installed base reports

Position Overview:

The Subscription Support Specialist provides outstanding customer service and technical support for a wide range of digital tools and services. This role supports the Customer Care team by resolving subscription-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users across platforms such as RQI, TruCorp, vSim, DocuCare, HeartCode, SimX, and others.

    • Scheduling and leading customer-facing implementation meetings.

  • Recommend improvements to products, systems, training, and documentation based on customer feedback and support trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

As the Subscription Billing Software Engineering Manager, you will lead the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of GM's enterprise billing systems, primarily leveraging Zuora and RevPro. You will oversee full lifecycle implementations while also owning and operating the solution post‑deployment, ensuring seamless integration with GM's digital commerce platforms.
You'll partner closely with Digital Products Engineering - Commerce, Architecture, Finance, and Customer platforms, directly impacting customer experience, billing accuracy, and platform reliability across global operations.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead the end‑to‑end implementation and ongoing operation of Zuora Subscription Billing and RevPro Revenue Recognition solutions.
+ Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to a team of software engineers.
+ Design and deploy Zuora Workflows to automate billing operations and improve efficiency.
+ Integrate billing systems using microservices and distributed architectures in partnership with Architecture teams.
+ Perform code reviews, contribute to API development, and guide engineering best practices using Java/Spring Boot.
