Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years in performing and/or participating in technical assessments in direct support of a major compliance effort (e.g. NIST, SOC 2, or ISO)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in a technical or engineering related field, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
- Experience with compliance & security standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST

The Fashion Subsidiary Technology team seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer. This position is responsible for understanding both team and wider customer priorities for Fashion Subsidiaries (Shopbop & Zappos), responding with appropriate urgency to engage & partner with leaders, and facilitating proactive problem solving. The Executive Assistant position is responsible for a wide range of critical activities including complex calendar management, tracking key deliverables, coordinating travel and expenses, and organizing team activities and events (such as townhalls meetings and employee engagement activities).

Join our Global Corporate Banking (GCB) Business Management team and play a pivotal role in promoting key initiatives, shaping business strategy, and optimizing performance across the organization. Business Management optimizes business performance by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.

As an Associate on the Business Management team within the Global Subsidiary Banking unit, you will work closely with the Global and Regional Business Managers and Planning and Analysis teams to drive consolidation and standardization on global initiatives including but not limited to client selection and coverage strategy, resource planning and allocation, growth plans and budgets.

Job responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and present data and findings to facilitate decision making and business progression
• Collaborate across product partners, sales teams and business managers to identify client opportunities to help execute business plans

F2-Subs Purchase & Post owns strategic programs from purchase experience (cart/checkout) through to end customer fulfillment and returns for subsidiaries Shopbop and Zappos. We seek a Sr TPM to work with Zappos and Shopbop senior leadership teams, driving solutions to our most ambiguous problems - creating a vision and leading through influence to achieve our goals. You will oversee critical projects shaping how end customers perceive and interact with our brands across digital and physical systems. You will partner daily with tech and business department leaders to build trust and alignment and leverage your technical expertise to make sure the right technology is delivered in the right way.
As a member of the F2 Subs technical staff you will have access to industry leaders in Software engineering and E-Commerce to help grow your expertise. You will also routinely advise and be advised by the best, including taking part in an engineering culture that spans Shopbop.com, Zappos.com, and Amazon.com. You will create and introduce mechanisms to push the technical horizons of the teams you work with and bring latest technologies to bear for customers (including AI/ML tooling). A day in the life
You start the day reviewing a status update from the SDE team that owns Shopbop Cart, noting some transactions are not being correctly attributed to guest customers due to a dataflow issue, you make a note to check back later. You spend the morning writing a decision document to align leadership on introducing ML to Zappos fit feedback based on previous learnings from a similar Shopbop program. In the afternoon, at your 1-1, you align with a Shopbop Product Manager on a tech solution to reduce friction in the checkout process, then meet with the Checkout SDM to implement. While speaking to the Checkout SDM, you provide some background which helps them unblock the dataflow issue you noted this morning. You end by sending reminders of an upcoming due-date for a compliance project to make sure everyone is on-track.
