SuccessFactors Administrator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient SuccessFactors Administrator to support the HR Information Systems (HRIS) team. This contractor will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing SuccessFactors modules, managing user access, supporting onboarding workflows, auditing RBPs, roles and role user access, and ensuring data integrity across HR platforms. The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, implementing configuration changes, generating reports, managing role-based permissions and business rules, and maintaining data integrity within SAP SuccessFactors. This role also provides critical support to the HCM Solution Administrator, including assistance with audit documentation, project coordination, and change management activities.
Roles and Responsibilities- Understand offerings of the SF ecosystem, the advancements in current capabilities and the introduction of new capabilities to determine how they impact and may improve business processes
- Conduct minor developments (e.g., PM forms replication/edits, activate new features via the upgrade center)
- Manage role-based permissions and business rules
- Configuration changes in SuccessFactors modules - primarily Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruiting
- Meet with stakeholders to determine business requirements and translate them into workable solutions within the system
- Map requirements, design workflows, forms, dashboards, and business rules. Work with Business team to assess all changes thoroughly (create and document test scripts)
- Manage RBP transactions, system access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
- Ensures that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies, local regulations, as well as ensure system security and adherence to privacy requirements
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.

- Bachelor's Degree - bachelor's degree in business, IT, or 7+ years equivalent direct work experience
- 3+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience providing support and configuration in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in a system management or project management-related role.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred
- Demonstrates ability to manage projects
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive projects to completion
- Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment
Salary: $88,500 - $20,000 annually. A starting salary higher than 88,500 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a SAP SuccessFactors Admin
_Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._
Rate: $90 - $5 / hr. w2
**Responsibilities:**
· User Access & Role Management
· Provision and update permission roles across modules including LMS, RCM,EC, Compensation and Onboarding.
· Mirror access configurations and initiate IGAM approval workflows for new users.
· Troubleshoot access issues and coordinate with SAP Security and IT support teams.
· Onboarding & Offboarding Administration
· Maintain and update onboarding forms and homepage cards using SuccessFactors tools.
· Configure business rules for onboarding workflows
· Support supplemental worker onboarding processes and integrations with Pega, Evolve, and Remedy.
· System Configuration & Release Management
· Coordinate SuccessFactors release testing and validation (e.g., 1H Release).
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness and compliance during system downtimes.
· Participate in Success Check assessments and implement best practices from SAP delivery specialists.
· Data Integrity & Organizational Structure
· Support updates to job profiles and organizational structures in SuccessFactors.
· Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to align SuccessFactors data with downstream systems (SAP EAM, ECC).
· Participate in impact assessments and reorg planning meetings to ensure accurate replication of org changes.
· Documentation & Training
· Maintain admin training documents and update process guides as needed.
· Provide support to internal stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionality and troubleshooting.
**Experience Requirements:**
· Prior experience administering SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, LMS).
· Familiarity with IGAM, Remedy, Pega, systems.
· Strong communication and documentation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
