We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Career & Succession to lead talent acquisition and succession planning efforts for our organization. This Contract position is based in Dallas, Texas, and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of workforce planning and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent development. This is a 90-day contract position. 100% ONSITE in downtown Dallas, TX.
Sr Director of Career & Succession Planning (contract position):
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Design and execute succession planning initiatives to ensure long-term organizational stability.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to assess and plan for future talent needs.
