THE ROLE
Seasonal Merchandise Associates will assist with the sale of official NFL Super Bowl 60 licensed merchandise. You will proactively greet and engage with customers, credit transactions, assist with stocking merchandise, and more.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set up

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

THE ROLE
The Event Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all activities within the event while maintaining a specific focus on the guest experience and day to day operations. This position reports directly to the Program Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in managing event staff and perform special projects as requested
- Responsibilities include training and working with team, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing guest complaints, resolving problems
- Prepare daily line schedules for associates
- Ensure that proper procedures are followed including but not limited to maintenance of the cash log and accurately keeping all other financial/ticketing system records as required
- Ability to work and coordinate with internal departments including Sales and Marketing and Human Resources
- Ensure staff compliance with established guest experience, security, sales, and record keeping policies and procedures
- Assist in the Setup and breakdown of all events
- Work in multiple roles, including warehouse, front of house or with client relations
- Inform staff of any changes in policy, procedure, and operations
- Liaise between Legends Global Merchandise and partners, including building security and maintenance
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Minimum of three years relevant industry experience required; prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Proven operational experience in a high-volume environment
- Must be organized and able to execute on the operations side of the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint). POS ticketing systems a plus
- Quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well with and manage different personalities
- Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and outgoing personality with a creative, and a proactive approach to work

The Savannah Ghost Pirates are seeking highly motivated, outgoing, and dedicated candidates for our 2025 - 2026 Season Internship Program. Candidates should expect to build upon their work experience in the fast-paced, results-driven world of the ECHL. Finalists will be contacted for interviews. All applications will be kept on file until the beginning of the internship program that each candidate applied for.
Position Overview:
The internship program offers hands-on experience in game operations and game presentation. Interns will learn various skills while working closely with all members of the Ghost Pirates Front Office on gamedays (36 Home Games).
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes.

• Assist with performance groups including anthem singers, color guards, and intermission acts and other on ice activities.
• Manage the DJ booth and assist our production team during games as needed.
• Manage the Chuck-A-Puck table and 50/50 Raffle booth throughout games.
• Assist with the set up and tear-down preparation on game days.
• Attend office hours during the week to gain experience in ticket sales, corporate fulfillment, business administration, marketing, and more.
• Other duties assigned.
Internship Requirements
• Working towards a four-year college degree or graduate degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sports Management
• Housing and transportation in the Savannah Area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong professional attitude
• Experience in the sports industry preferred.
• Available to work every home game.
Compensation:
This is a non-paid internship . If an intern needs school credit, they can receive hours.

The Norfolk Admirals are seeking motivated, dedicated and eager interns to join the Game Day Operations Team for the 2025-26 Season. This entry-level internship will provide hands-on exposure to the industries of sports management, event management, and ticket sales/operations. The ideal candidate is located in/near the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area, enrolled in a class or program which provides them with academic credit for the completion of an internship, and carries his/herself with a willingness to learn, grow, and put their best foot forward.
The beginning of this internship will coincide with the start of the Fall 2025 Academic Semester . The Norfolk Admirals season will take place from October 2025 to April 2026 . Interns will be encouraged to continue the internship for the duration of the season, but a schedule which ends with the Fall Semester is fine as well. The job duties of Game Day Operations Interns are the following:
Game Days
- Be present and prepared to work for every assigned shift
- Be available for all 36 scheduled Admirals home games
- Assist Admirals staff in preparing the arena for the public
- Provide exceptional customer service to fans at all times throughout games, including processing orders at our Merchandise Stand and fulfilling in-game activities
- Execute activations both on- and off-ice to enhance fan engagement/entertainment, sponsor fulfillments, and marketing opportunities
- Coordinate pre-game ceremonies including (but not limited to) National Anthem, Presentation of Colors, and Puck Drop
- Organize/secure merchandise following the conclusion of games
- Complete additional directives as assigned by your Internship Supervisor
- Work with the Sales Department to prospect new leads, qualify/disqualify buyers, and communicate information to fans
- Assist the Merchandise Department to organize and take inventory of merchandise, and facilitate online merchandise orders
- With the Marketing Department, produce sales collateral and promotional material to promote ticket sales
- Complete projects created/designed by the Internship Supervisor to encourage creative thinking and utilize your unique perspective and interests
- Complete additional directives as assigned by your Internship Supervisor
