What the role is about:
The Dispensary Supervisor II oversees higher-level store operations, inventory systems, and team leadership. This role focuses on compliance, performance analysis, and operational efficiency while supporting the General Manager in all aspects of store management.

+ Provides coaching to Production Supervisor I
+ Directly supervises the hourly production employees on the safe and efficient operation of the production line equipment and processes. Will lead shift safety meetings to ensure compliance to all safety, environmental and health policies, procedures, and practices
+ Communicates & documents employee expectations and assess employee performance. Provides coaching and development opportunities and administers disciplinary action up to and including termination if needed. Will be required to assist in the evaluation and selection process of hiring hourly employees.
+ Oversees the training of production employees to ensure they receive adequate training prior to operating any of the manufacturing equipment and that they follow the standard operating procedures and work instructions.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Ensure timely material flow within the facility as well as timely delivery in receiving material from other locations as well as preparation for shipment of parts to other facilities.
+ Develop and implement standard process and strategies that enable production efficiency improvements.
+ Lead, Supervise, and direct materials staff development through education, training, coaching, mentoring and certification in the execution of improvement priorities and the achievement of key performance indicators.

+ Formal leadership or team development training
+ Oversee inventory management and control, accuracy, and established inventory guidelines and procedures.
