What You Will Be Doing:

The PDI and Finished Goods Supervisor primary duties are the efficient final assembly, electrical work and quality/shipping readiness is completed. Supervision of both on-site YES, temporary and contract team members complete the work and material are available. Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 10+ individuals.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse workforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the Atlanta, Georgia, US facility for key meetings and operational oversight, with flexibility for remote work on designated days.
