**How will you make a difference?**
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor provides frontline leadership for a team of Machinists. In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, drive process adherence, and develop and execute objectives for yourself and others. As a Leader in manufacturing, you will handle day-to-day activities in which you will provide direction to accomplish operational objectives as well as timekeeping, maintaining schedules and leading the hourly workforce.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $60,700 - $83,400.
The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. **What you'll do:**
The Production Supervisor directs, leads, and supervises all production processes and employee resources per established practices and policies within the Steel department to ensure timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
In this role you will:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Upon successful completion of the training program, Shift Supervisor Trainees are eligible to be considered for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. These key leadership roles support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.
