**Minimum Education**
**Required**
+ High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment with 2 years in a supervisory role.
+ Completion of a relevant management trainee or rotational program may be considered in lieu of some experience.
**Experience Requirements**

**Reporting and Communication**
+ Maintain accurate production records including output, quality metrics and associate performance and attendance.

+ Act as a liaison between production teams and other departments such as engineering, quality assurance and supply chain.
**Minimum Education and Experience**
**Required:**
High School Diploma/GED equivalent candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Bachelors/Associates degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have at least 1+ years of supervisory experience
**The ideal candidate will have:**
+ **An Associates or Bachelors Degree (highly preferred)**
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development
+ In depth knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards (i.e. ISO, OSHA, etc.)

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)

+ Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
