We are looking to bring an experienced cook supervisor to our correctional team in Monroe, NC. As a cook supervisor, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and supervise the work of employees to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Note : Applicants must be over 21 years old and will be required to pass a background check in accordance with the correctional facility's procedures and applicable law.

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time, and ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality.

Must-haves:

• At least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• The ideal candidate must have high-level product knowledge, provide friendly and helpful customer service and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate must have experience supervising a team.

Shift Supervisor

Freddy’s is looking for Shift Supervisors to assist management with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members and meeting operational expectations.

The position also works to control labor and food costs, build relationships with guests, handle guest issues and serve as a model of hospitality.

Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor Range: $16.87-$20.35

Our Restaurant Hourly Shift Supervisors not only have an appetite for bottomless fun & compassion for our crazy loyal guests, they manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Candidates and current Team Members who demonstrate our values may be selected by exempt management for the Shift Supervisor position and will undergo on-the-job training for specific management tasks and leadership growth. As a part of the leadership team, they are an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure the loyalty of our guests and profit maximization. They are master resolvers with guest interactions, driven to optimize profits, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
