Production Supervisor
Responsible for keeping track of inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries, and keeping the warehouse organized. In addition to the organizational skills and physical strength required to manage and store inventory, the ability to manage any administrative and clerical details necessary to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
Position Description
Processes orders, accepts deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized, which includes everything from physically moving product around the warehouse space to properly maintaining all shipping and receiving records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inventory Management INBOUND/OUTBOUND, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
- SAP Experience (Warehouse Management Software) Create/Close Production Orders
- Accepts deliveries and stores them accordingly.
- Orders and restocks new supplies, keeping warehouse area clean and organized.
- Receives customer and client orders.
- Prepares tracking and monitoring reports in Excel
- Packs and ships orders for delivery.
- Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
- Operates forklift or other machinery required for transporting large orders and heavy products.
- Addresses and resolves any complaints about products, shipping speeds, or damaged items.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Possesses strong organizational skills.
- Excel – advanced skills, experience with Pivot Tables necessary
- Is detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.
- Maintains physical stamina and strength required to move heavy equipment and product weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Works well with others.
- Exhibits strong communication skills, essential for working with other employees and with customers.
- Demonstrates knowledge of SAP, and the ability to fix any unexpected glitches.
- Demonstrates the alertness and physical dexterity required to operate heavy machinery.
- Must be capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking as necessary.
- Demonstrates familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions and is able to observe these at all times.
Education and Experience

+ **Supervisory Experience** : 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment is- **strongly preferred** .
+ **Language Proficiency** : Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ **Technical Knowledge** : Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, & OHSAS 18001) is required. A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (TPM, 5S, Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
+ **Technology Skills** : Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with- **UKG** -and- **SAP systems** is a plus.
+ **Problem-Solving** : Strong analytical skills to evaluate results and implement effective solutions.
