Are you ready to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of 2nd shift production. This role is critical in advancing our safety, environmental, and performance standards toward world-class results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage 2nd shift production operations, ensuring alignment with safety and environmental protocols.

+ Consideration will be given for commensurate experience supervising/managing shop floor personnel in a manufacturing environment in lieu of a formal Bachelor's degree.
+ 5+ years' experience in supervision of production employees in a manufacturing environment required
+ Computer/analytical skills
+ Have demonstrated experience in developing teams and individual employees
+ Must be a team player. Self-starter and meet commitments & deadlines with limited direct supervision.
+ Safe and quality work ethic. Understand SOP's that relate to department activities
+ Knowledge of materials and inventory control practices, production scheduling, and engineering in a manufacturing environment.- Experience in an ISO environment and with WCM programs preferred.

+ Time on production floor - know processes and equipment.- Monitors performance and achieve objectives related to Safety, Quality, Environmental, Efficiency, Timeliness and Cost Effectiveness of work within the production floor and meets on time delivery dates. Setting production machine and personnel schedule.
+ Manages 2nd shift Bearings & films production directly. Responsible for leading and developing employees.
+ Understands all production related documents and helps to keep them current and accurate.- Responsible for the training, coaching and development of employees and documenting progress.
