**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage 2nd shift production operations, ensuring alignment with safety and environmental protocols.
+ Gain comprehensive knowledge of production processes and equipment to effectively monitor and improve team performance.
+ Develop and implement training and development plans to support team growth and capability.
+ Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to both direct and indirect reports.
+ Set clear expectations and manage all required reporting and documentation.

**Operational Excellence:**
+ Maintain and update production documentation including SOPs, BOMs, and quality standards.

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required- engineering degree preferred

+ Knowledge of materials and inventory control practices, production scheduling, and engineering in a manufacturing environment.- Experience in an ISO environment and with WCM programs preferred.
Essential functions will include:
+ Time on production floor - know processes and equipment.- Monitors performance and achieve objectives related to Safety, Quality, Environmental, Efficiency, Timeliness and Cost Effectiveness of work within the production floor and meets on time delivery dates. Setting production machine and personnel schedule.
+ Manages 2nd shift Bearings & films production directly. Responsible for leading and developing employees.
+ Understands all production related documents and helps to keep them current and accurate.- Responsible for the training, coaching and development of employees and documenting progress.

The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is 87,400 to 135,800.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
