Responsibilities
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Review daily achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and review meetings
+ Coach, mentor and develop team members on the manufacturing floor to meet current and future business requirements

Qualifications

The duties of the Production Supervisor cover all aspects of production, including but not limited to: Dispensing, Formulation, Aseptic Filling, and Packaging. The Supervisor supports and empowers production personnel, ensuring a clean, safe workplace and quality production of drug product adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Production Supervisor is a member of the Operations team, responsible for the safe, efficient, and routine manufacturing of drug product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversight and enforcement of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), company policies, Quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Supervision of personnel execution of manufacturing unit operations
- Maintain efficiency and control over the manufacturing schedule, ensuring on-time delivery of product to our customers

**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

- Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts and tool sets as they relate to materials management.
