The Operations Supervisor will establish KPIs for each department in the warehouse. Manage all process and product-quality audits. Launch initiatives with teams to improve overall quality. Investigate sensitive cases. Provide Customer Service with crucial information to assist with customer interactions and cases.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise the day-to-day activities in accordance with the SOP's, holding a team of associates accountable to standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
+ Actively contribute to the development of Radial direct reports
+ Manage temporary workforce.
+ Execute on productivity and daily goals through execution to the Radial Operating Model
+ Keep a safe and clean work environment.
+ Achieve & maintain compliance with all company & federally mandated regulations regarding Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT
+ Responsible for associate-level of safety, quality, and productivity performance
+ Solve and respond to daily issues.
+ Plan and coordinate shift activities for areas assigned within the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to all DC procedures.
+ Assist Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality are met for all outbound related activities.
+ Ensure that all shift personnel receive proper training, skill development, and assessment per company guidelines.
+ Recommend and implement improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of employees for increased shift contribution.
+ Implement specific objectives and performance measures for all shift personnel to maximize productivity.
+ Lead fulfillment special projects, as needed.
+ Accountable for achieving production objectives.
+ Monitor all production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of the department's operation.
+ Reinforce policy and procedure compliance.
+ Participates in the recruiting and selection process.
+ Conducts performance reviews and implements corrective action as appropriate.
+ Implementing performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
+ Interacts with peers and related staff across all departments on the implementation of fulfillment strategies.
Qualifications:
+ 2-4 years of experience supervising in a high-volume 3PL, distribution or warehouse environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of WMS is required
+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
+ Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking, managing, coaching, and mentoring teams to be successful and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong process improvement skills (ability to develop and implement processes. Must have demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
+ Professional verbal and written communication skills.
+ College Degree preferred; HS Degree/GED Required
+ Must be able to lift 30lbs-50lbs.

**Job Description:**
+ Responsible for coordinating and managing construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site. Responsible to assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality and safety performance on the project. Responsible to manage walk downs of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements, approve contractor payment requests, verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocations, assess field status and resolve issues as needed. Responsible for scope control, budget oversight, performance reporting, schedules and work in progress to ensure Construction Supervisors are effectively implementing their assignments and obtaining the desired results.
**Responsibilities:**
+ To understand all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
+ To work collaboratively in a TEAM environment.
+ To verify that all drawings, submittals, and specifications are accurate.
+ Works collaboratively with the EPC, sub-contractors, NEER/FPL operations teams, and any others working on site.
+ Reports daily, weekly and monthly on progress, quality control and safety
+ Learning and using Unifier to record, name, and upload of electrical installation QC photographs
+ Facilitates the Request for Information (RFI) process with the EPC and site engineering.
+ Perform inspections of equipment being installed to verify it's done correctly and per the scope of work and specifications.
+ Review project completion documentation.
+ Interfaces with project's designated safety, engineering and quality control parties
+ Help facilitate field commissioning and turnover.
+ To create good relationships with the EPC and others on site.
+ To ensure that safety is the number one priority on all sites.
+ To understand and follow all company rules and policies.
**Skills:**
+ Understanding of SCADA and Fiber optics.
+ Understanding of electrical and Fiber testing, IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOC's, etc.
**Education:**
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, or equivalent experience
