Akkodis is seeking a Supply Chain Associate/ Analyst for a 12+ month remote contract job with a client in Cincinnati, OH. This is an inventory-management-focused support role with additional duties related to work order management, service parts reporting, asset reporting, performance monitoring, and data analysis functions. You will support the Service Parts Team in inventory management, analyzing performance data, building reports, and contributing to our mission of a sustainable future. You will support internal Supply Chain and Operations work teams, manufacturers, vendors, logistics partners, service & maintenance partners, design-build firms, import/export entities, auditors.
Rate Range: $30.00/hour to $40.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Supply Chain Associate/ Analyst job responsibilities include:
• Managing supplier release schedules, escalating shortage concerns, evaluating inventory quality, and reviewing work orders on hold daily to determine part availability for >1500 SKU's across multiple Distribution Center locations.
• The use of numerous Excel spreadsheets, web-based applications, and other business workflow environments (Salesforce, warehouse management systems, forecasting tools, emails, etc);
• Responsible to develop reports using several different platforms to communicate information to management and other team members related to a selection of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as determined by the business.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to network performance, maintenance needs, and parts usage trends of assets.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing network performance, maintenance activities, and key insights for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the inventory of parts and equipment for maintenance, corrective work, and planned improvement of stations, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for the network based on work orders and parts usage, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring optimal functionality.
• Support two major projects, including testing various platforms for improving work order management, optimizing work streams, and developing inventory forecasting & analytics as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree; IFPSM Certified SC Professional Certification preferred
- Three to five years in Supply Chain and/or relevant operations and data analytics and data management experience
• Effective communication skills - interpersonal, oral, and written
• Analytical and conceptual thinking - using logic and reason, creative and strategic

Summary:
Perform daily Supply Chain duties such as purchase, receive, store and ship GMP and non-GMP materials as required to support general office needs, laboratory, and manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Order, receive, store and ship laboratory, manufacturing, office and other general supplies while maintaining the Supply Chain areas in a neat orderly fashion, working efficiently and following all safety and quality procedures throughout the process.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Laboratory, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance personnel to ensure the proper documentation is received and approved in order to process orders, receive and/or release materials.
- Maintain required level of chain of custody/documentation when transferring material to recipients to ensure traceability and compliance with specifications and procedures.
- Enter purchasing transactions and material inventory into an electronic purchasing and inventory database. Maintain paper records as required by procedure.
- Track lead times and delivery dates. Manage communications with all involved parties (i.e. requestor, relevant management, etc.)
- Conduct inventory reconciliation as required ensuring accurate counts of all inventory items.
- Ensure all items received are accurately accounted for and that no materials with any observed signs of damage are accepted.
- Work closely with functional managers to ensure materials ordered meet the Company's quality and budgetary standards.
- Maintain workspace cleanliness by adhering to the 5S method of organization.
- Abide by safe work practices and adhere to general safety rules, performing all duties in a safe manner and never placing yourself or those around you in an unsafe condition. Report all unsafe conditions to your supervisor.

**Supply Chain Associate (Multiple position)**
**111 Terminal Avenue, Clark, NJ- Hybrid role**
**12+ month contract with high potential for extension**
**Pay range: $20 - $24/hr**

**Key Job Accountabilities:**
- Supply chain associate duties include inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, assembly
- As a supply chain associate you will be involved in continuous improvement activities, collaboration with other departments as well as general team work and special projects
- You will be given space and encouragement to improve your ways of working
**Required Experience/Training/Competencies:**
- Candidates must have received a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree (recent grads welcome)
- Strong analytical skills required/ Engineering degree a - Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, -PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling and task management required
- Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships
- Strong attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities
- Possess cross cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence
- Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality
- Have a "customer service" orientation with ability to escalate issues when appropriate
- Demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced environment with composure, as well as independently.
