Qualifications:

**What you'll do**
+ Review and approve material purchase orders
+ Work with vendors to resolve invoice and order discrepancies
+ Assist with monthly inventory and reporting
+ Participate in the hiring and training of field warehouse technicians
+ Assist with the initial warehouse setup when new locations open
+ Build relationships with the operations teams and assist with their material needs
+ Ensure compliance with established procedures
+ Plans, develops, and implements warehouse safety and security programs and activities
+ Manages the activities of inventory personnel and yard workers on an ongoing basis
+ Identifies, defines and monitors performance-related KPI metrics and holds department personnel accountable to achieving departmental standards
+ Other duties as assigned
**What you'll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ 3-5 years progressive warehouse experience
+ Strong communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
+ Self motivated, ability to multitask and prioritize work load
+ Ability to meet established deadlines
+ Business Management or Degree preferred. Previous management experience. Minimum 5 years or a combination of both
+ Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
+ Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
+ Ability to apply project management concepts, and methodologies
+ Proven leadership in a cross functional team environment
+ General understanding of Business Financial and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
+ Ability to safely operate forklift, telehandler and skid steer equipment
+ Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance

**What you'll do**
+ All phases of underground construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment
+ Assists the Inventory Specialist with staging materials for specific jobs
+ Assists the Inventory Specialist with maintaining location's inventory, reconciling physical inventory and offloading/loading trucks
+ Tracks, receives and verifies new material shipments and coordinates handling and storage as it arrives
+ Maintains organization of inventory
+ Maintains a clean and orderly shop and yard area
+ Assists with inventory counts
+ Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations, procedures and policies
+ All other duties as assigned
**What you'll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
+ Ability to write simple correspondence
+ Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
+ Ability to apply reasoning ability and understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a shipping/receiving warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable with standing for long periods. Candidates must also have a general understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications and be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
The working hours follow a 9/80 schedule. Candidates will interview for the 1st shift (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
