**The opportunity**
Our Supply Chain Management Consultants are valued members of the EY team using a structured project methodology to define, develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. This is a client-facing role requiring a team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for helping with the entire design of our clients' ERP systems to determine business requirements and help our clients achieve successful implementations.
As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.

**Job Description**
To support the supply chain team in the daily tasks of completing a customer order request from beginning to end. To assist with projects relating to customer service, demand planning, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation
This is an internship position, with candidates able to commit to part-time hours while school is in session (at least three days per week) and full-time hours during the summer months
Pay rate is dependent on experience and grade level, ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
+ Release production orders for kits in response to customer requirements.
+ Release and process delivery notes in SAP P01to initiate the pick and pack process.
+ Process inventory-related transactions and reconcile discrepancies.Complete Post Goods Issue transactions to disburse inventory and initiate invoices.
+ Use Descarte TMS software to obtain mode of transportation, preferred carrier and freight rates for customer orders and to execute documentation for the LTL or small parcels.
+ Prepare shipping documentation. Create waybills, commercial invoice, and Shipping Letter of Intent for export shipments to ensure quick and accurate processing through Customs.
+ Use Global Trade Management software to file customs export documentation according to government regulations.
+ Provide export documentation/ required paperwork to transportation carriers, customers and the customer service team.
+ Contact transportation dispatchers to schedule pick-up of parcel and freight shipments.
+ Assist Customer Service with order changes that are already packed or on a delivery note.
+ Create carrier loading schedules for tow motor operators.
+ Vacation coverage as needed.
**Background & Skills**
**Required (Basic) Qualifications**
+ Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management.
+ This position requires the use of information or access to technology which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
