10X Health is searching for a Supply Chain Director to ensure the smooth flow of services from suppliers to customers, optimizing the entire supply chain network for efficiency, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. This role will be integral in enabling the entire business to scale effectively and efficiently. Day-to-day, this person will oversee all key vendor relationships (labs, suppliers, etc.), ensuring sufficient inventory of products and services, coupled with adherence to SLA TATs. Additionally, this role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues within the supply chain, partnering closely with our Operations and Customer Experience teams to drive alignment and visibility into customer impact. This role requires a person to possess an analytical mindset, coupled with a strong operational skill set around supply chain and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving, coupled with significant experience in scaling a supply chain.

Objectives
  • Oversee and manage all key vendor relationships (e.g. Lab partners, supplement suppliers, etc.)
  • Develop reporting for each vendor relationship to track adherence to SLAs and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure a seamless, highly scalable supply-chain through ongoing demand forecasting, supplier relationship management, inventory management, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer services
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to troubleshoot customer-facing issues within the supply chain
  • Develop demand forecasting models and maintain inventory reports
  • Identify opportunities to renegotiate or improve key terms of vendor agreements

GENERAL MISSIONS

MANAGE the SUPPLIES AND THE FORECAST OF THE RESORTS

  • Supervise, challenge and optimize supply plans with teams for the entire Supply Chain including 2 logisticians and 4 Procurers/Demand Planners
  • Coordinate and synthesize consumption forecasts.
  • Secure resort openings and closures.
  • Oversee and guarantee:
  • Resort service rates
  • Contractual agreements signed with freight forwarders.
  • Club Med's Purchasing & Supply Chain procedures,
  • Food safety standards (ex: Hurricane products to buy)
  • Ensure the monitoring, management and optimization of the logistic flows of his/her entire perimeter, including leading the Mise en Place campaigns for PMH orders twice a year.
  • Communicate with the departments concerned: Operations, Buyers, Products & Services department, about:
  • Forecasts, service rates, disruptions
  • The budget monitoring, value of stocks.
  • Ongoing improvement plans.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of suppliers in conjunction with his manager and in cooperation with the referent buyers:
  • Organize regular meetings with suppliers with a view to continuous improvement and integration of our supply chains
  • Animate the feedback of the procurers about the suppliers: disputes to be registered in the database of incidents in Coupa
  • Follow and provide solutions on the handling of disputes with suppliers
  • Organize performance reviews with suppliers, Warehouse Supervisors, Operations, Buyers.

IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF LOGISTICS SERVICE OF THE resorts in on going basis

  • Manage the resort logistics activity: indicators of management and assessment resort (using tools like Coupa and Power Bi)
  • Organize all onboarding, training, seminars and other sessions necessary for resorts in collaboration with the International Supply chain Team (called GPS team), Training Team called UDT, Purchasing, .
  • Regularly carry out monitoring points of the resort activity (risks, blocking points, areas for improvement, malfunctions suppliers .)
  • Ensure compliance and consistency of procedures and best practices.
  • Organization of storage spaces and inventory management
  • Logistics processes.

  • Be in support of the teams in case of malfunctions in the resorts

Reporting & DIAGNOSTIC supply

  • Ensure the reporting of his/her activities by setting up and communicating dashboards developed with its manager (stock levels, order volumes, incidents, operational risks, monitoring of objectives, management of resort teams, .)
  • Regularly present his/her activity, especially during training reviews.
  • Lead and draw diagnoses carried out at each trip to the resort then propose and follow the improvement plans : organization, logistics processes, inventories, infrastructure, equipment, KPI and dashboard.

Construction projects /renovation projects

  • Participate in renovation / construction projects related to buyers and procurers.
  • Lead the supply chain teams to provide the right recommendations regarding infrastructure and equipment needs.
  • Maintain the infrastructure and equipment repository on behalf of construction.
  • Animate the supply chain teams to plan and prepare the openings of new resorts: setting up teams, training, creation of product catalogs, placing of installation orders, capacity calculation and smoothing of loads, follow-up of deliveries, reception .

CATALOG MANAGEMENT AND PROCURE-TO-PAY TOOL Management (Coupa):

  • Supervise the 2 Logisticians in charge of the updating of Suppliers catalogs in Coupa
  • Guarantee and complete/correct, if necessary, the logistic data in Coupa related to the warehouse and stock.
  • Ensure with Buyers the accuracy of Data
  • Train his/her team in COUPA use and fully use the functionalities to improve business, including the use of Power Bi for KPIs analysis

Frida is seeking a highly skilled Customer Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic sales planning team. In this pivotal role, you will manage retailer supply chain processes and metrics. Responsibilities to include:

  • Retail Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with retailer replenishment and operations teams through regular meetings, aiming to pinpoint and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Improve supply chain processes for retailers to achieve or surpass goals such as in-stock levels, weeks of supply, Gross Margin Return on Inventory Investment (GMROII), and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) metrics.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.
**What you will do in this role:**
+ Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner
+ Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position
+ Place safety stock in proper location
+ Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department(s)
+ Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate
+ Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately
+ Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly according to schedule
+ Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes
+ Perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy
+ Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date
+ Check after-hour logs for charges and determine how to avoid reoccurrence
+ React appropriately to POU "critical point" messages and stock outs
+ Process all "returns to vendor" or "returns to backup stock" appropriately
+ Provide assistance to the POU Station personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions and concerns at the nurse's stations
