This Global Supply Chain (GSC) Parts Program Integrator position supports the Production team for the C-130 Platform. This critical role is engaged across GSC, Production Operations, Engineering and Supplier Quality on a daily basis to track, mitigate and resolve future shortages for the Final stages of the C-130 production line. Work requirements include resolution and shortage tracking/ mitigation/ coordination of material for production line, lab/flight test aircraft, and production repairs. **Who You Are**
In this position, you will operate as a Global Supply Chain (GSC) Parts Integrator with the Production team for AMMM platforms. Actively support various programmatic meetings/reviews. Program Integrator is engaged with GSC majors and non-majors on a daily basis. Work requirements include resolution and shortage tracking/mitigation/coordination of material for the production line, lab/flight test aircraft and production repairs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
Ensure early problem identification and timely resolution of issues to meet program goals and commitments. Due diligence and follow through are imperative to ensure timely closure to open actions. Work across Global Supply Chain (GSC), Program Office and Production Operations to ensure schedules are accurate, complete and flowed to the buyers/subcontractors.

**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree from an accredited College or University
Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics
Cross-functional/Integration experience
Familiarity with regulatory and Business practices for subcontracting
Experience in data analytics

Supply Chain Management is responsible for sourcing and managing contracts in support of Business Units. This position builds and sustains relationships with business leaders, suppliers and sourcing professionals.
**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT COMPREHENSIVE OF ALL TASKS):**
+ Required to lead cross-functional teams
+ Must develop and execute sourcing strategies to align with the business unit's goals, provide Delta with optimum value, and maintain supply assurance
+ Leads supplier RFPs, negotiations, and supplier selection
+ Manages ongoing contract compliance and commercial relationships with suppliers; identifying and pursuing savings strategies

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Current MBA Student
+ Candidate must have a planned MBA program graduation date by the Summer of 2026
+ At least three years (36 months) of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience
+ Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office
+ Demonstrates ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and thinks strategically
+ Proficiency in the following skills is also required: communication, project management, consensus-building, leading cross-functional teams, presenting to leadership, financial analysis and modeling, and MS Office
+ Self-starter and fully competent in optimizing own capacity
