A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
+ Data Analytics & Reporting - Serve as the primary resource for performance reporting across KPIs such as On Time Delivery (OTD), On Time Loading (OTL), Safety, and Productivity. Deliver timely and accurate insights to support operational decisions.
+ Operational Analysis - Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency and service levels within the distribution network.
+ Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure alignment on business objectives and operational priorities.
+ Invoice Management - Oversee invoice processing for RXBar distribution activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance through systems such as KBuy.
+ Automation & Equipment Oversight - Act as the point of contact for Material Handling Equipment (MHE), supporting tools and strategies that align with automation and long-term operational goals.
We're Looking for Someone With
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
+ Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hands-on experience with SAP software.
+ Advanced expertise in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to build dashboards and perform complex data analysis.
+ Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational precision.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $74,400 - $97,650, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.

The SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Architect is a strategic leader responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions that optimize supply chain performance across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and planning. This role combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business operations to architect scalable, integrated systems that support global supply chain transformation initiatives.
The SAP SCM Architect works closely with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to define solution roadmaps, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, and drive innovation through SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies, leading cross-functional design workshops, and ensuring that solutions are robust, compliant, and future-ready. This position is critical in enabling digital supply chain strategies, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP SCM solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable SAP configurations and custom solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, and IBP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data and process integration across systems.
- Provide technical leadership during SAP SCM projects, including blueprinting, development, testing, and deployment.
- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend enhancements to improve supply chain performance. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution roadmaps, and technical specifications.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM solution design and implementation.
- 5+ years in an architect or lead consultant role on large-scale SAP projects.
- Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP SCM with third-party systems and automation technologies.
- Experience in global supply chain environments with multi-site, multi-country operations.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies
- Demonstrated success in designing and integrating SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP) with third-party systems such as WMS, TMS, MES, and PLM.
- Experience working in global, multi-site, and multi-language environments, supporting complex supply chain networks.
- Deep expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP).
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and planning.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
- SAP certifications in SCM modules is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies.

$132,600.00 - $199,160.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
