We are seeking a strategic SC Procurement Manager III to oversee vendor sourcing and management for Amazon's Robotics supply chain and procurement operations. This role combines high-level strategic procurement leadership with hands-on supply chain management, focusing on both vendor negotiations and operational excellence. The role requires experience in indirect procurement and direct procurement.
Key job responsibilities
Supplier Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.

Strategic Sourcing:

The RSC Business Analyst will bridge business operations and technical teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions across the supply chain network. Strong BI and visualization skills are essential for this role. Working with multiple stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement of our metrics framework while ensuring timely delivery of critical analytics capabilities. You will represent RSC in enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, balancing priorities to ensure our measurement systems scale effectively with business growth. The role is responsible for assisting New Product Introduction (NPI) logistics operations for Amazon Robotics. This includes collaborating with the NPI Logistics Program Lead and Head of Global Logistics to drive daily operations and continuous improvement to yield world class results through globally consistent processes yielding metrics driven performance and incremental process automation. The ideal candidate will draw upon exemplary project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating reliable and maintainable systems for warehousing and transportation processes.
Key job responsibilities
- Assist business cases for new warehouse distribution and transportation optimization strategies.
- Work across cross functional teams to create the best possible capacity plan for current/future years within Amazon Robotics fulfillment network.
- Create and execute strategic sourcing projects that will support the teams' development of an end-to-end sourcing/supply chain plan from concept to global deployment.
- Support contract negotiations with external partners, eg. ramp-ups and ramp down of warehouses, transportation cost reduction.
- Drive operational excellence by developing and improving standard operating procedures for NPI Logistics, creating and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Thought leader for cost efficiencies and frugality initiatives.
- Complete total cost of ownership analysis to ensure project cost are meeting or beating cost objectives.
- Effectively manage and deliver projects within scope, time, budget and quality
- Work to create white papers and planning cycle documents and influence senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Travel up to 30% of the time
- 5+ years of international logistics execution experience

- 8+ years of supply chain experience

The Robotics Supply Chain organization sources a portfolio of robotics technology and is responsible for getting the right materials to the right place at the right time to support our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. The Supply Chain team is seeking an experienced Supply Chain planner to manage the timely and efficient material delivery to AR sites by managing schedules and addressing supply chain constraints. This role will own end to end supply planning of a portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand fluctuations, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate risks to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Key job responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning of a portfolio of AR solution, ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet project requirements.
- Proactively identify supply chain risks, implement robust mitigation strategies, and communicate potential disruptions to stakeholders to maintain business continuity.
- Drive supply chain delivery performance by owning key metrics, addressing constraints, and influencing stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks effectively.
- Lead timely risk assessments and provide transparent updates to stakeholders, outlining risks and actionable plans to achieve supply stability.
- Partner with Field Service, Hardware Engineering, Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing teams to evaluate and communicate the impact of changes to the demand and supply plan.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of supply chain planning experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; hands on experience of SQL/ Tableau
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Supply chain planning system experience- Kinaxis/ SAP/ Oracle
- Bachelor's degree

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
