• Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of warehouse and logistics staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and production, to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain.
• Manage operational budgets and P&L for the logistics function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a strong focus on warehousing and distribution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations and driving significant cost savings.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
