**Summary:**
Provides operations support to management. This position is accountable to prepare accurate, complete and timely information pertaining to the operations department. The Supply Chain Coordinator is expected to proactively identify and bring to the attention of the Operations Manager and/or Branch Manager any issues that may have a potential impact on customer order fulfillment and the fleet balance both in the yard and on site.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Special duties as requested by Operations Manager and/or Branch Manager.
+ Assists the drivers when they check in at Operations window and coordinate orders with yard personnel.
+ Process and receive transfers from and to other locations.

+ Direct and respond to CSR inquiries in regard to order fulfilment and order status.
+ Coordinate all of Aluma driver's movements on a daily basis, outsource cartage when required.
+ Assists in creating and fulfilling stock transfer orders.
+ Verifies goods receipt and verifies invoices and updates in Profield.
+ Enters picked quantities into delivery documents (ship and return).
+ Verifies goods issued and goods received (shipping and receiving).
+ At the request of the Operations Manager, may source equipment from within the company.
+ Solicit multiple freight quotes and arrange freight services to manage shipping and receiving expenses.
+ Creates material movement transactions (re: assembly, disassembly, repair, damage).
+ Should possess a good working knowledge of Inventory Control and Excel.

In this exciting role, as a Manager within the OAPI supply chain team, you will look to acheive operational goals while working cross-functionally across various departments to support development, planning, and implementation of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.

**Job Duties could include** :
Planning
+ Manage demand planning meetings with internal business partners (Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Channel Strategy, etc.) gathering total demand for assigned responsibilities.
+ Partner with internal to review and streamline demand planning process.
+ Develop and manage product manufacturing and distribution plans for new (products that are in the pipeline), and existing products that provides continuous supply to customers, including international product.

+ Develop and implement safety stock with sufficient shelf-life in alignment with desired customer service levels to meet inventory objectives and targets.

+ Address distribution issue escalations and manage resolutions with 3PL and/or internal teams.
+ Manage interfaces, transactions, and postings in ERP system.
+ Manage 3PL processes for inventory, returns and claims, recall activities and reporting, and product destructions.
+ Manage inventory reporting and communicate with appropriate parties.
+ Manage pick/pack/ship processes with 3PL ensuring full- and on-time delivery to meet targeted customer service level.
+ Manage packing instructions for new routes, shipping configurations and/or transportation methods together with packaging and quality teams.
+ Manage distribution state license submissions and renewals with Legal and processing vendor.

Vendor Management
+ Lead Vendor/Supplier relationships for Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Distribution & Logistics vendors within the defined Tiers
+ Manage service agreements, product launches, business review meetings, performance metrics and audits in collaboration with internal functions (Finance, Channel Strategy/Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Clinical, Quality, IT, Legal, etc.)
+ Proactively monitor supply chain and packaging risks, capture and report supplier performance data to category manager

The Senior　Manager, Supply Chain leads, develops, establishes, and manages the supply chain activities in preparation, commercialization, and launch of new products in development in North American market (US and Canada) related to planning, procurement, label and packaging development, distribution, importation, export, and vendor management　in cooperation with Director of Commercial Supply Chain. About the Role

The primary purpose of the Supply Chain Analyst position is to ensure the availability and allocation of inventory and to provide analysis for inventory usage through maintenance of inventory management and procurement processes by collaborating with the Inventory Management team and the Materials Management staff. The Supply Chain Analyst also oversees the inventory management and maintains data-accuracy of the twenty-four/seven (24/7) operations of the General Stores Warehouse personnel involved in receipt, storage, inventory, issuance and distribution of medical surgical products within University Hospital. Acts under direction of the Director UH Materials Management to ensure maintenance of data integrity in UH Materials Management.

• Prepares clear, sound, accurate and informative statistical and other reports of activities pertaining to procurement within UH Materials Management containing findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Ensures Quality Controls are performed as defined in the Process Control/Quality Control manual.
• Responsible for the accurate maintenance of digital price files, replenishment reports, and hosted catalogs and maintains transaction processing and databases that support the Materials Management Information System control applications.
• Generates and effectively uses system reports to perform utilization analysis and trends. Monitors the performance of, and maintains transaction processing and databases that support the Materials Management Information System control applications.
