We’re looking for a Supply Chain Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize supply chain processes. This role drives S&OP excellence, fosters continuous improvement, and enhances operations through cross-functional collaboration. As an SME and key liaison, the candidate will lead the development of innovative tools, systems, and automation to boost efficiency and support long-term growth. What You’ll Do Define, standardize, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring agility, scalability, and efficiency. Lead and implement an effective S&OP framework, ensuring alignment across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and fulfillment strategies. Develop data-driven insights to support executive decision-making in balancing supply and demand. Establish KPIs to track and improve S&OP effectiveness, ensuring integration with financial and operational planning. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Implement best practices in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment to improve cost efficiency and service levels. Act as a liaison and SME to collaborate with business technology teams on the development and implementation of supply chain tools, automation, and digital solutions. You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or solutions architecture, with a strong track record of process improvement. **Job Summary:**

About The Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Solutions & Analytics, to join our Supply Chain Solutions and Analytics team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Solutions and Analytics team is a catalyst for our transformation by utilizing a data-driven approach to solutioning, ensuing we employ best-in-class processes and methodologies and fostering prioritization and requirements alignment with stakeholders. You will blend a strategic and tactical approach with the goal of making our Supply Chain more effective and efficient throughout our transformation.

Examples of our transformation include expansion and optimization of our supply chain distribution network, establishment of processes and utilization of data driven insights taken from a newly implemented demand and inventory planning system, major enhancements to our reporting and analytical capabilities using Business Intelligence software, improvements to our ERP system, identification and implementation of AI and automation tools, and implementation of other ad hoc tools to enable operations to execute new business practices in a quickly changing landscape. All this transformation will occur as we continue to grow our business and our geographic footprint across the United States.

You will lead a team of analysts to assess and prioritize critical business needs and work cross-functionally and cross-departmentally to create solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain business operations. You will develop an expert understanding of the business model and the business processes within all Supply Chain functions to become a driver of change within the department. You will report to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Center of Excellence.

You will

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts whose role it is to deliver impactful solutions to improve operational efficiency and unlock decision-making capabilities
  • Oversee the project pipeline, prioritize work efforts and ensure alignment with the Supply Chain Leadership Team
  • Utilize your end-to-end Supply Chain background to serve as an internal consultant to help diagnose operational problems, identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Champion the development of dashboards, data visualizations, and other reporting as well as defining new KPIs and their measurements to deliver easily digestible business insights
  • Explore AI solutions to improve efficiency, drive user adoption of technology tools and lead change management efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to find solutions to complex business problems by partnering with team members from all organizational levels

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ Years of experience in application development using React, Typscript, javascript, Cocoa, Swift,Objective C.

  • Strong object oriented programming skills and client server architecture design.

  • In-depth development experience at the application and user interface level with Cocoa, React, Cocoa Touch.

  • Strong knowledge of Swift, Objective C, Python.

  • Strong knowledge of Cocoa Design Patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming language like Python, Java etc.

  • Exposure to cloud computing platforms such as AWS and GCP, with experience in developing tools and services in public cloud environments.

Summary

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Sr Manager Customer Supply Chain Solutions will lead a team of supply chain experts that will function as business consultants to specific customer verticals (Restaurant, Foodservice Management and Healthcare/Retail/Travel) and will develop tailored supply chain strategies and offerings to each vertical in order to increase Sysco sales, earned income and profitability with mutual benefit for customers. The Sr Manager CSCS is responsible for developing external interest for Sysco supply chain solutions and will work closely with Customers, Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations functions to leverage end-to-end distribution network models and develop alternative distribution offerings to customers that combine sources of supply, proprietary items, delivery points to deliver the best supply chain costs. **QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**

As part of the Supply Chain Innovation team, you will play a pivotal role in building end-to-end, best-in-class software solutions for Apple's Supply Chain needs, ranging from Supply Planning and Demand Planning to Product Distribution and beyond. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to define and implement solutions that optimize Apple's internal business processes.
**Description**
We are seeking an individual who thrives on tackling challenges and finding creative solutions. The ideal candidate should excel in collaborative environments and produce high-quality software under tight deadlines. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently, while collaborating effectively with multi-functional teams across the globe (US, Singapore, India, and Europe). This role will have a direct impact on Apple's business, requiring interaction with various internal teams to deliver cutting-edge products in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, and optimize highly scalable, distributed systems, leveraging cloud-native technologies and micro services architecture to build robust and resilient solutions.
Contribute to proof-of-concept projects and pilot implementations to showcase new ideas.
Continuously strive for excellence by continuously seeking ways to enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
Actively contribute to debugging and resolving issues as part of the development process.
Develop system components and take full responsibility for the timely delivery, quality of the work.
Collaborate effectively with product owners, developers, QA teams, support teams, and end users.
Tackle complex technical challenges, drive innovation, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Collaborate seamlessly with contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Occasionally, will need to handle application production (warranty) support.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with various teams.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, and object-oriented programming.
+ Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, performant data pipelines, data services, and data products.
+ Strong aptitude for learning new technologies related to Data Management and Data engineering.
+ Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming language like Python, Java etc.
+ Familiarity with Python Data Analytics platforms, including Pandas, DataFrames, and NumPy, is a plus.
+ Exposure to cloud computing platforms such as AWS and GCP, with experience in developing tools and services in public cloud environments.
+ Experience with Cloud based databases like Snowflake/Redshift is a plus
+ Experience in DB technologies (RDBMS, Key-Value, Document based etc) is desired.
+ B.S in Computer Science or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ AI/ML related experience is a plus.
+ A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG is a plus.
