**Your Qualifications**
+ Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience

Director Supply Chain Management

The Director of Supply Chain Management is responsible for overseeing all supply chain related activities involving the procurement of supplies and equipment, including but not limited to equipment and inventory management, vendor credentialing and relationships, contract management, new product introductions and conversions and capital acquisitions. Overseeing and facilitating RRMC’s ongoing participation in the GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) and NPC (Northeast Purchasing Collation) is essential. **Position Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support BCA Airplane Programs
+ Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinates part number attributes
+ Verifies released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
+ Releases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issues
+ Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
+ Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
+ Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
+ Ensures on-time delivery; optimizes inventory levels; creates schedules for products and services
+ Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
+ Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations
+ Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):**
+ 2+ years of experience working with Supply Chain practices and processes
+ 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
+ 2+ years experience in logistics and/or inventory management
+ 2+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
+ Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
+ 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
+ 3+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplies

The **Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA)** Supply Chain team is seeking a high skilled **Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3)** to join our **787 Value Stream Integrations Team** in **North Charleston, South Carolina** for **1st Shift** .
The Supply Chain Management Analyst will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions as well as apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
**Position Responsibilities:**

+ 5+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management
+ 5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis and recommendations to management
+ 5+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team's success
+ Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ 5+ years of experience with ERPLN and REDARS systems
+ 5+ years of experience in aerospace related manufacturing operations or production support
+ Experience integrating between multiple stakeholders (suppliers, SCMAs, and Fulfillment)
