What you'll do on a typical day:
- Oversee the management of all client distribution and supply chain operations
- Support organic growth of client accounts by identifying and implementing additional client value opportunities
- Handle productivity, quality and safety standards in accordance with company needs and customer requirements
- Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures; prepare reports on performance and potential improvements for operations
- Provide direction, development and leadership for managers and supervisors
- Research of startup and ongoing personnel requirements for automation solutions based on product profile and activity levels

At a minimum, you'll need:
- 7 years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in supply chain management in a distribution environment
- Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement experience
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
- Working knowledge of financial accounting and human resources practices

At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Implementation and support experience with web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems
- Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting
- Expertise and experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution
- Experience following formal project management practices
- Knowledge of formal systems development methodologies
- Thorough understanding of current information technologies such as client/server, relational databases, web-based systems and object-oriented design
- Master's degree
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time depending on project status and business needs
- Excellent planning, client support and organizational skills

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.
**Your key responsibilities**
In this role, you will manage and deliver complex processes and solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to grow your expertise in technology analysis and implementation. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
+ Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
+ Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
+ Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
+ Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and possessing strong business acumen. Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business and demonstrating the ability to assimilate to new knowledge.
+ Consistently delivering high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes.

+ Effectively leading and motivating diverse teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching. Fostering an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment while mentoring junior consultants.

**Skills and attributes for success**
On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
+ Typically, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
+ At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role.
+ Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
+ Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
+ Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, along with benchmarking and advisory experience related to supply chain-specific technology functions.
+ Ability and comfort-level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
+ A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
+ Experience in conducting technology cost-benefit analyses.
+ Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
+ Skills in training design and delivery.
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ Prior consulting industry experience.
+ SAP certification(s).
+ Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP.
+ Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) specifically working with the SAP Production Planning (PP) module.
+ Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation with SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
+ Experience integrating SAP PP with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP Quality Management (QM).
+ Experience performing hands-on SAP system configuring in PP.
+ Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications.
+ Experience writing and executing test scripts.
+ Experience writing and delivering training materials for end users.
+ Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and:
+ FICO for product costing and order settlement
+ Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for production supply and receiving
+ PPDS
+ Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including ownership of Bills of Material (BOM)
+ Master Data Management (MDM) tools/systems for manufacturing data
+ Materials Management, for both Inventory Management and Procurement functions
+ Knowledge of manufacturing operations, preferably in complex industrial equipment (or similar) and assembly line operations.
+ Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including Engineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs.
+ Experience with both Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order business models.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $92,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 205,900 to 445,700.
