The position supports the daily support of the Scientific Service Program, enabling the team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service for Research and Development. Responsible for meeting goals and objectives of the customer location, as determined by contractual requirements.
**A day in the Life:**
+ Oligonucleotide synthesizer set up.
+ Order and pickup monomers, amidites and reagents.
+ Preparation of media / reagents and refilling systems with reagents as needed.
+ Order solutions and buffers, pickup materials, and organize in cabinets
+ siRNA/peptide purification
+ HPLC instrument set up
+ Fractions analysis and pooling
+ siRNA sample desalting, endotoxin testing, and concentration/purity checks
+ Peptide receiving, reformatting, and shipping
+ Solid and liquid waste management - ensuring compliance of labels and replacing as needed
+ Instrument Maintenance, including daily start up and shutdown of equipment
+ Participate in customer and internal team meetings
+ Follows well defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP's & work instructions
+ Support other duties as assigned
**Keys to Success:**
**Education**
+ Must possess a minimum of an Associate degree in related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Experience**
+ 1-2 years of experience in a GXP laboratory setting preferred

**Compensation and Benefits**
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $21.82-$32.72.

**Agent Support**
· Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting our offices, promoting the teams available to support them including Primary Services and Transaction Concierge

· Support the Branch Manager with maintaining office promotional items, preparing for and coordinating sales meetings, leading new agent orientations, supporting office culture, and production support of social media marketing for the branch office

· Identify potential processes or product enhancements to be reviewed and implemented
**Office Organization**
· Greet and direct agents and clients to workspaces or conference rooms as applicable
· Collaborate with our facilities and IT partners to ensure all office items remain in working order
· Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies and ensure timely distribution of mail
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred, with prior experience in a real estate office being advantageous
- Familiarity with the use of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram) is required. As well as an understanding of how these platforms are used in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in various operating systems (i.e.- PCs, Macs, and Mobile platforms), as well as the ability to navigate computer software, is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred

**What's this role all about?**
The Patient Support Specialist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is responsible for all aspects of processing inpatient Imaging orders and helping the tech in charge, with coordinating patient flow. You will be expected to organize, prioritize and perform work in a timely and efficient manner, within established guides, practices and procedures. Using critical thinking skills, make judgment calls and involve the radiologist, nurse and technologist when necessary.
Summary of Essential Duties:
+ Coordinates multiple inpatient procedures, including ultrasound, vascular, mammography and nuclear medicine.
+ Schedules, modifies, reschedules, and cancels requests and coordinates inter/intra department to assist with patient flow.
+ Dispatches transportation staff and coordinates radiologist-assisted procedures.
+ Monitors incoming orders and the Inpatient worklist throughout the day for new orders, makes calls to nursing floors regarding exam time estimates, and provides exam-specific information.
+ Dispatches the portable technologists and keeps them informed of new portable requests, verifies inpatient orders, and obtains exam specific lab results.
+ Assists the technologists in maintaining the RIS open orders, using PACS as a checkpoint.
+ Telephone duties include taking incoming calls; triaging, screening, and forwarding calls to appropriate areas.
**Qualifications**
Education:
+ High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced and complex environment where critical thinking skills are necessary required
+ Previous experience in a medical environment is desirable
+ Medical terminology knowledge is preferred
+ Requires strong interpersonal skills for interacting with physicians, nurses, technologists, patients and other customers and personnel of the Medical Center
+ Experience demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks, ability to prioritize and organize work, and complete assignments timely and accurately required
+ Windows based PC experience required

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Client Services Representative will be responsible for ensuring that all client documentation and regulatory requirements for loan and deposit accounts are met. In addition, the CSR will be responsible for major client relationships from a business and service perspective, overseeing all internal Venture Banking functions (projects and support issues) that affect clients. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
+ Front line client service support.
+ Must exercise independent judgement and discretion on matters of significance to both the client and the bank. This requires the ability to interpret and implement bank policies and procedures, while balancing that with the needs of the client.
+ Act as one point of contact for clients in a designated area; including overseeing all aspects of the deposit relationship of a client.
+ Manage total relationship for clients from application to ongoing support.
+ Tracking/ monitoring of account opening documentation, service implementation and fee collection to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
+ Process monetary transactions for customer accounts.
+ Process account maintenance/updates & corrections on IBS.
+ Strong knowledge of Bank's services and products for client support and cross-selling.
+ Provide research assistance and information to customers.
+ Resolve customer disputes by using independent judgment and knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
