This Position reports to:
Manager - Order Management
This role is contributing to the RARO/Robotics/Finance/Order Management in Auburn Hills, MI.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, and invoice) is in place.
- Initiating customer feedback loops in regular intervals by following commonly agreed processes, understanding their satisfaction level, and identifying areas of continuous improvement.
- Supporting the regular maintenance of contact lists, routing tables, and information on internal/external pages.
- Revise contract documents, as required. Compile data for reporting contract scope, terms, cost and profitability, to management.
- Attend meetings to exchange information and analyze contract requirements. Participate in investigating technical problems and establishing procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business or related field and 2+ years of experience; alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments, i.e. Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience, or HS Diploma and 6+ years of experience.
- Ability to work under high pressure situations
- Good collaboration, required when speaking to varying levels of organizations, both with internal and external customers.

Customer Support Specialist will provide data entry support for all teams as it relates to the department goals, objectives, and budget.
Essential Functions
- Member of the Customer Experience Team (Data Entry, Retail, Administrative) responding to email and phone questions and troubleshoot problems for volunteers/staff.
- Work closely with the team to answer multi-line phones and serve as the retail point of contact for the Lansing Region.
- Provide daily assistance in administrative tasks in support of various departments.
- Function as an administrative point of contact for the Lansing Office and handle frontline phone calls, inquiries, and help with administrative tasks.
- Strong human relations, problem solving, and conflict management skills required both in person and on the telephone when speaking with volunteers, staff, and organizations throughout the community.
- Ability to provide professional customer service, and willing to accept new responsibilities and handle multiple projects.
- Ability to anticipate needs based on events/appointments/programs coming up, work independently, multi-task, and work well in a team environment.
- Serve as a positive example for girls and adults by modeling reliability, respect for others, inclusiveness, and a positive attitude.
- Cultivate a solution-oriented mindset by approaching challenges and opportunities with positivity and a commitment to problem-solving.

Must have own transportation and the ability to travel within the jurisdiction. Frequent travel within the council to various meeting locations with staff and volunteers. Travel is primarily during the business day and evening hours.
Work Environment
Operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and a point of sale system. Will sit for long periods of time in front of a computer.
Supervisory Responsibility

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Act a liaison between LabCorp, the customer base and patients
+ Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
+ Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
+ Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
+ Provide additional customer education and information as needed
+ Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting LabCorp's products and services
+ Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
+ Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
+ Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
+ Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
+ Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance
**Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
+ Associate's degree or higher is preferred
+ Previous experience in a customer service role
+ Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred
+ Prior healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital highly is a plus
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
+ Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
+ Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
+ Excellent multitasking abilities required
+ Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
