Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Your Role:
- Deliver Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services while adhering to model fidelity and service definition.
- Complete FCT Certification within one year of employment.
- Engage with children, adolescents, and families primarily in their home environments.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support to families, requiring a flexible schedule.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documents in the Electronic Health Record system.
- Collaborate with treatment team members to develop and implement effective Service Plans.
- Facilitate the movement of families through the four treatment phases while adhering to fidelity guidelines.
- Assist families in establishing and achieving their weekly goals.
- Make referrals to appropriate services and resources.
- Coordinate discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor client progress.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
- Two years of experience with youth or families.
- Current Family Centered Treatment Certification is preferred.
- State-specific requirements include:
- Ability to register as a QMHP if necessary.
- Provisionally credentialed as a PCSS with eligibility for full credentialing (if applicable).
