- Complete all assigned tasks fully—no unfinished work carried over.
- Contribute to practice innovation—finding new ways to improve patient and referral experiences.

Why Join Lakeside Oral Surgery?
A culture of teamwork, positivity, and growth.
Work directly with a surgeon who is supportive, approachable, and invests heavily in your success.
Ongoing personal & professional development—training, books, conferences, mentorship.
Modern facilities, innovative surgical techniques, and a reputation for excellence.
Competitive pay & benefits.
