** Technician Supervisor Responsibilities:**
+ **Full Technician Skill Utilization**

The Supervisor Surgical Services guides a team of approximately 70-90 FTEs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment known for partnership with engaged surgeons and highly skilled anesthesia and nursing professionals.
The Supervisor Surgical Services oversees daily clinical operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care aligned with ASPAN standards and The Joint Commission, with active involvement in education, competencies, preceptorships, and shared governance. Administratively, the Supervisor Surgical Services leads staffing and scheduling, fiscal stewardship, preference card accuracy, turnover time optimization, on-time starts, surgeon satisfaction initiatives, supply/equipment readiness, and compliance audits. - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

- Participate in the hiring process for new staff members assigned to the shift by conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations to the clinical/non-clinical leader.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Crouses Surgical Suite/Operating Room is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee service delivery and patient procedures.
Pay Range: $100,000.00/year + based on experience and education
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-9:30pm, other shifts as needed
Clinical Supervisor Position Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate services in the daily operations of the department.
Functions as a member of the management team, assisting the Nurse Manager in overseeing the unit according to required professional, legal and regulatory accredited standards, and to act as a role model for all unit staff.
The Clinical Supervisor operates within the framework of the objectives and policies for defined patient populations and assumes responsibility for hiring, discipline, education, administration and terminating functions.
Clinical Supervisor Position Requirements
Must be currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
Bachelors degree in Nursing, or a Bachelors degree in another field with current matriculation in a Masters in Nursing degree program with an established program end-date required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire or within 6 weeks after hire.
Three (3) years experience as a staff nurse with a demonstrated expertise in a clinical field (Operating Room or Surgical Nursing).
Certification in a specialty area preferred.
Previous nursing leadership work experience preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Outlook.
