Design and CAD drafting of grading plans, plot plans, street & utility improvement plans, drainage reports, boundary adjustments and certificate of compliance under the direction of Mr. Wunderlin.
Review title reports, prepare legal descriptions and plat maps for property boundaries and easements.
Working with our field surveyor, calculate and prepare boundary and topography survey maps from the field surveying data collected from our land surveyor. Prepare construction staking data sheets and plat maps for construction staking.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Seating Technician completes Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) equipment assemblies and deliveries, including fittings and modifications as needed. They maintain clients and referrals satisfaction by ensuring functional goals and outcomes are being met. In addition, this role supports the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and is a direct contributor to fulfilling Numotion vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) as needed.
- Completes assembly of equipment as needed and as directed.
- Delivers and fits equipment assuring customer’s functional goals established by clinical team are met with minimal oversight.
- Assesses and troubleshoots product issues, seeks ATP guidance for solution and support.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse.
- Maintains delivery vehicle(s) in clean and safe operating condition.
- Assists in maintaining relationships with current business accounts.
- Assures documentation is accurately completed per Numotion policy.
- Complies with all applicable standard safety procedures and regulations.
- Attends company in-services training sessions as required.
- Collaborates with the ATP and customer for direction and implementation of solution.
- Seeks solutions from ATP any issue or concern raised by customer at delivery/fitting.
- Remains focused on assignments through their completion in a timely manner.
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
- Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma/GED required or a minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience required
- Valid State Driver’s License with a satisfying driving record.

- Associate degree in related discipline.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong listening, organization and priority setting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

- Ability to provide best-in-class customer service
- Able to problem solve and identify improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrates general knowledge of products within CRT industry.
$1,000 Bonus after 90 Days
