**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator who will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications. The role requires performing machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed, and inspecting finished products using precision measuring tools. You will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures and company policies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts per blueprints and specifications.

+ Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.

**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of CNC operation experience.

+ Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, and Mazak.
