Job Description
The **Director, Sysco Brand Portfolio Assortment** creates a strategy for our brand's portfolio based on analysis, market and category insights as well as managing to the business priorities. This position is responsible for making informed decisions specific to our existing portfolio that take into consideration the unique aspects of the communities in which we do business and the customers we serve, while collaborating with internal business partners. This role is also responsible for innovation and new product development, creating newness in an already vast and diverse product assortment.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ In partnership with the VP of Branding and Sr Director of Brand Strategy, develop an assortment strategy across entire Sysco brand portfolio, leveraging existing and creating new tools required to support the work
+ Synthesize assortment across brands and tiers ensuring consistency and minimizing duplication where possible, ensuring positive P&L outcomes while meeting customer expectations
+ Partner with local and commercial merchandising teams - ensuring market, operating sites, category and supplier inputs are considered where relevant
+ Develop & implement an innovation roadmap equating to differentiation + incremental growth within the portfolio
+ Responsible for defining item lifecycle management process to ensure disciplined approaches including new introductions and thoughtful retirement process
**Education Required:**
Bachelor's required

**What You'll Do:** As a Cashier/Food Service Worker at Sodexo, you are also a warm welcomer and smile maker for our customers. You will operate the cash register and complete transactions with a customer-first approach.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Work in the food service operation, handling cash and credit transactions from Sodexo and client customers.
+ Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables, Provide support to the retail operation, including setup, maintaining supplies and products, and assisting in cleanup and closedown.
