Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of wireless networking principles, protocols, and standards, particularly WiFi6/7 (802.11ax/be). LTE/WCDMA/GSM, or 802.11ad/ay may be acceptable.

  • Proven experience in software architecture, with a focus on regression automation frameworks for wireless hardware is a big plus

  • Hands-on experience with WiFi testing tools and equipment, such as traffic generators, spectrum analyzers, and packet sniffers.

  • Experience developing test automation including equipment drivers, debug tools, automation scripts, database interfaces, and reporting tools.

  • Experience in designing firmware based algorithms involving MAC-PHY interactions and SW based PHY configurations and implement codes in Python and in firmware.

  • Advanced degree preferred; MSEE or Ph.D

+ Proactively and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to, leadership, operations and the maintenance team on technical issues and project timelines and production impacts.
