What will you do?
The Quality System Document Control (QSDC) Administrator is responsible for handling all Quality System controlled documents (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), Forms, Policies, Knowledge Assessments (KAs), among others). The QSDC Administrator will circulate and track the documents through the review, approval and distribution process. The QSDC Administrator will upload and link the documents into the Document and Training System.

Responsibilities
• Maintain all controlled documents and assist company personnel with the creation and revision of all controlled documentation (i.e. SOPs, WIs, Forms, KAs, etc.).
• Monitor shared mailbox and respond to company personnel for documents that require to be created, revised and/or inactivated.
• Ensure adherence to established templates and procedures.
• Verify document change requests, perform review of documents for accuracy and consistency before circulating for approval.
• Assist document authors with navigation in electronic document management system, formatting, and workflows of documents.
• Store, manage, and track documents throughout entire lifecycle.
• Scan, image, organize, and maintain documents.
• Archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule.
• Assist with audit preparation and audit support as required.
• Maintain curricula, learning plans, and training records, record training and learning events via the internal Training Management System.
• Update internal Training Management System as needed to support internal Fisher training requirements.
• Run reports in the Training Management System and provide training data to functional areas for trending purposes as requested.
• Troubleshoot issues found in the Training Management System and enter courses/tests e-learning content.
• Support other business needs as required.
• Regularly attend meetings regarding training and document systems

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
• Familiar with Quality Systems (change control, deviations, documentation management, and training system).
• Ability to understand and implement priorities and workload and to establish strong collaborative relationships with peers.
• Good communication, diplomacy skills and be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Must be detailed oriented to detect errors or deficiencies when reviewing and releasing documents for approval.
• Ability to work effectively within various electronic document templates and provide assistance and guidance to authors when requested in relation to these documents.

The Systems Specialist - Process Control Technician functions independently, volunteers engineered solutions to identified process control issues, maintains accurate records and change logs, is project-oriented, and provides advanced control troubleshooting techniques and programming enhancements to optimize existing or implement new process control equipment. Additionally, the Process Control Technician identifies key best practices and applies them across all NTM Pittsfield locations.

Responsibilities:

• First Order Response control loop tuning - flows, pressures, temperatures
• Maintain, optimize, and implement control system firmware and software upgrades

• Maintain and improve HMI representations and IO servers

Responsiblities

Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) is seeking a full-time Control System Technologist to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide diagnostic fielding and development support in a national laboratory environment. The Stockpile Experimentation & Operations (SEO) organization is looking for a highly motivated Technologist to collaborate in the design, assembling, testing, maintaining, and operation of control systems used in support of the Joint Actinide Shock Physics Experimental Research (JAPSER) program.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine work of moderate complexity using technical skills with specific direction and oversight.

• Assist in the fabrication of control system panels and related hardware.

• Wire instruments and control panels.

• Assist in instrumentation checks and calibrations.

• Assist with control system acceptance tests.

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of control systems and related hardware.

• Read and assist in the development of system schematics, wiring diagrams, and other related drawings.

• Perform and support the development, validation and updating of installation, operations and testing procedures, protocols, and checklists.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in field related to the position plus at least 3 years' progressive related experience or High School diploma plus 5 years' progressive related experience.

• Familiarity or demonstrated aptitude with electrical components, circuitry, the building up and hand wiring of circuit boards, soldering, AC/DC electronics, basic hand tools, electronic test and measurement equipment, and basic electronic troubleshooting.

• Mechanical skills are desired but not required.

• Knowledge of instrumentation & control, electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical components.

• Hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems.
