**Summary of Role:**
The Kinaxis Deployment Lead will serve as the implementation & deployment project manager for new Maestro modules. Key responsibilities include managing project objectives, scope, timelines and resources. The role requires strong collaboration with System Integrators and Hologic IT for development of technical specifications, system architecture design and configuration. The role also includes overseeing integration and user acceptance testing, developing training materials, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring team members in order to drive adoption.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Project Management & Execution:
+ Develop, monitor, and control deployment project plans ensuring alignment with the Global Planning strategic roadmap.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and Hologic IT to ensure completeness and feasibility of project plans including phases, milestones, tasks, dependencies, resourcing, due dates and overarching timelines.
+ Serve as the primary contact for project-related communication.
+ Track and review with project stakeholders the project risks and issues from identification through project stakeholder assignment, action, decision-making, and mitigation.
+ Escalate project risks affecting scope, timeline and budget.
+ Requirements, solution design and configuration
+ Collaborate with Global Process owners and key Planning stakeholders to understand their planning needs and identify areas for improvement and automation.
+ Collaborate with System Integrators to review and challenge technical specifications and system architectures for Kinaxis Maestro implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards
+ Supervise the configuration of Kinaxis to support specific business processes and requirements, including worksheets, alerts, metrics, and scorecards.
+ Integration & testing
+ Partner with Hologic IT for system integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the system functions as designed
+ Manage user acceptance testing plans including scheduling, resourcing, training, execution, and approval.
+ Create user acceptance test scripts based on business requirements, functional requirements and Maestro Role-based Task flow (Training Manual) provided by Global Process Owners.
+ Ensure issues encountered during user acceptance testing are documented, prioritized and remediated for retesting and/ or stakeholder approval.
+ Training & Change Management:
+ Deliver user training in accordance with Process, RACI, Maestro Role-based Task Flows and curricula provided by Global Process Owners.
+ Support change management efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Post-Go-Live Support:
+ Log, document and maintain a list of technical issues related to Kinaxis implementations. Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution in collaboration with System Integrator and Hologic IT
+ Collect user feedback and escalate to GPS Process Owners for evaluation and escalation, as appropriate.
+ Participate in project retrospectives/ lessons learned for continuous improvement.
**Skills & competencies:**
+ 7-10 years in an equivalent Advanced Planning System deployment role
+ Deep understanding of a Planning system functionality and capabilities (Kinaxis Maestro is a plus)
+ Expertise in Master Data Requirements for Advanced Planning Solutions
+ Experience in supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and S&OP.
+ Ability to develop clear project plans, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the deployment process.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall IT project management
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
+ Maestro certification (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro Certified Professional) is a plus.
+ Operational planning experience is a strong advantage (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management)
+ Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle EBS) is a plus.

You will provide Systems Engineering and Integration discipline support, including team coordination and planning and interaction with program and project management. You will generate and maintain specifications, control documentation, and support of government technical interchange meetings. You'll lead progress reviews, technical and program milestone meetings, and verification and validation plans. You'll provide Systems Engineering expertise and support complex Aerospace programs from inception through completion, including general knowledge of using systems engineering methods to flow-down and decompose system requirements. You'll analyze models and test results, determine design margins and design life, and prepare technical documentation in support of assigned programs. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience as a systems engineer or technical project manager
- 5+ years of experience with integration, Python or Bash automation, and ARINC 429, ARINC 664, or MIL-STD-1553
- Knowledge of engineering disciplines, including propulsion, mechanical, electronics, software, testing, and avionics
- Ability to function as subject matter expert in an engineering discipline
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field

JOB SUMMARY:
The System Integration Engineer requires at least Administrator-level knowledge, but does not conduct normal Administrator job functions. Integrate software into the test suites at the MDIOC, primarily Virtual servers; support System Test events by operating suites. Operate and troubleshoot systems during test events and integration activities. Work with external personnel to resolve test lab issues; work with Operations and Sustainment as well as Level-II/III support personnel to resolve installation and processing issues. Create and modify scripts to extract specific information from log files; perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data; troubleshoot both test and operational issues; document test results and prepare test status documentation. Read test plan documents and procedures; create Test Discrepancy Reports to document issues and assist software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues; develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents; develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures to test in an integrated environment or to test specific capabilities. Participate in integration tests with external elements and sensors; review and provide feedback of system specifications, development, test, network documents as necessary and Attend meetings with other FAs, customers, etc. Position is based in Colorado Springs at the MDIOC but multi-week travel to customer sites and contractor sites (e.g., Huntsville, HWY83) may be required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1 year of system/network administration experience with a Associate's degree and/or relevant information technology certifications
- Either knowledge of or practical experience with industry or DoD test methodologies and terminology.
- Experience with operational systems (e.g., Aegis, Patriot), development systems (e.g., GMD, THAAD, Aegis), and off-the-shelf statistical analysis packages a plus
- The integration of system components within an integrated test environment.
- Working knowledge of system design and overall integration into an operational environment.
- Knowledge of administration in at least one of these three domains: Networking, Linux, and/or Windows.
- The desire to conduct complex troubleshooting by analyzing proprietary application logs, firewall policies, and interface documentation.
- Technical knowledge of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Missile Defense System including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks is a plus.
- Experience with Agile Methods, and Capability and Feature definition is a plus
- High proficiency with Networking (Junos a plus)

LOCATION: Full Time/ On-Site in Colorado Springs, CO
CLEARANCE REQUIRMENT: Active Secret Clearance
DOD 8570 REQUIREMENT: Active IAT-Level II (Security Plus certification or equivalent) required at start
SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $10,000
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Job Summary: Develops, administers, maintains, and supports policies and procedures for creating interfaces between and/or converting data from client existing and legacy systems to Geographic Solutions systems. Designs programming specifications through interaction with business owners and subject matter experts. Ensures correct functionality and accuracy of the interface or conversion scripts. Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the labor market industry as well as job services concepts. Relies on direction and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision.
Viable candidates must be willing to work onsite at GSI's headquarters in Palm Harbor, Florida daily.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Fully participates in data conversion and data migration projects
- Designs advanced SQL queries, scripts, cursors, stored procedures, triggers
- Optimizes and improves SQL code for better performance
- Understands Full Development Life Cycle & RDBMS
- Assists business analysts and end-users with reporting needs
- Collaborates with applications developers to ensure correct data and data structure to support evolving development
- Develops programming specifications through interaction with business unit subject matter experts
- Works closely with the Team Lead and Analysts throughout the change request process to insure the delivery of an accurate solution
- Processes change requests through OPC ticket system, including application wide data changes
- Estimates the level of effort required to complete a project or change request
- Prepares and updates technical documentation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of SQL 2012 or higher database design standards, including the use of Indexes and triggers
- Good understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) programming
- Has excellent command of software languages/platforms (specifically SQL)
- Ability to code programs under ODBC and stored procedures
- Ability to resolve complex data problems by applying technical solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to monitor and resolve database performance issues
- Ability to document database designs and conversion maps
- Familiarity with data corruption and database recoverability methods
- Ability to learn and master the business rules associated with our applications and how they interact with the data and data structure
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 5- 7 years of database administration experience in appropriate technical environment.
- Experience in the labor market, Unemployment Insurance or regulatory occupation industries preferred
- Advanced Microsoft SQL Server knowledge (to include advanced querying in T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, triggers, SSIS, import and export capabilities)
- May also be assigned various projects and tasks as needed.
