Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.
**Description**
**_This position will be based primarily at the following location: Morenci, AZ_**
Under limited supervision, provides employee advocacy support and assistance to facilitate Freeport-McMoRan's Problem Solving Procedure.
+ Serve as advocate/representative for eligible employees who file a complaint under the Problem Solving Procedure (which may include appeals boards or arbitrations)
+ Support employee position through research (this may include employee interviews, policy reviews and legal research) and assist in the development of a clear argument
+ Provide guidance to employees with regard to the Problem Solving Procedure and the Open Door Policy; occasionally may provide guidance on a variety of other topics including Company policies, procedures, benefits, paid time off and the evaluation process
+ Maintain timely and accurate records and reports for documentation of events and results
+ Ensure all administrative processes within the Problem Solving Procedures are closely followed
+ Assist with the development of training material for the Problem Solving Procedure and conduct training when requested
+ Contribute to the development and/or recommendation for new, enhanced, or modified HR policies and procedures
+ Perform other duties as required
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in mining or manufacturing

+ High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years of experience in mining or manufacturing

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$85,000-$116,500** . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. Maintains cooperative relationships with program stakeholders including treatment agencies, community organizations, probation services, the Division of Behavioral Health, Defense Counsel, Prosecution, Judicial Officers, and other court staff.
- Provides oversight and leadership to PSC operations team members. Leads team meetings. Trains team members and develops subsequent resource materials. Provides feedback on performance.
- Reviews and updates program policies, procedures, contracts, and other documentation in adherence with the Colorado Problem Solving Court Standards.
- Tracks and maintains statistical data for PSC programs. Utilizes data to demonstrate areas of success and areas for improvement. Prepares programmatic and financial reports to the State Court Administrators Office to be allocated Judicial funds for participant services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Equivalency:
Bachelors degree in the field of Psychology, Sociology, or related field.

We are seeking exceptional part-time faculty members in both Language Arts and Mathematics , across elementary through high school levels (Grades 1–12) .
This is not a typical teaching role. At Brain Power, you will lead seminar-style classes of 6–12 highly motivated, gifted students. Our pedagogy is rooted in Socratic dialogue —teachers guide students through rigorous discussions, probing questions, and challenging ideas that inspire critical thinking, creativity, and leadership.
- Language Arts : Engage students with advanced vocabulary, sophisticated fiction and non-fiction, history of ideas, rhetorical strategies, and the art of expressive, creative, and persuasive writing.
- Mathematics : Challenge students with multi-step problem solving, logic, spatial reasoning, mathematical creativity, and real-world applications that stretch beyond the school curriculum.
All materials are provided, developed and tested over decades of practice. Yet we know the true magic happens when faculty bring their own creativity, intellectual flair, and research interests into the classroom.
Classes meet once per week for two hours across the academic year (34 weeks). This flexible, freelance role allows you to make a profound impact while maintaining your academic, professional, or creative pursuits.

**Position Overview**
The Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving Program Lead is accountable for developing, implementing, managing, and sustaining systems and capabilities required to support best-in-class Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving for Lilly Manufacturing & Quality (M&Q). This role ensures the integration and sustainability of Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving principles into all sites and functions. This includes coaching and monitoring the application of structured methodologies, fostering organizational learning, and establishing metrics that assess operational performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead the development, deployment, and integration of Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving standards within the manufacturing and quality system framework.
+ Facilitate global forums and communities of practice focused on Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving, ensuring cross-site collaboration and alignment.
+ Develop, deliver, implement, and coordinate training programs to build problem-solving capabilities at all organizational levels.
+ Partner with senior M&Q leadership to embed structured problem-solving into global initiatives and strategic priorities.
+ Ensure appropriate resource allocation and funding for Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving during business planning cycles.
+ Own and execute governance and assessment processes to monitor the maturity and effectiveness of problem-solving practices.
+ Benchmark with industry leaders and external experts to integrate best practices into Lilly's systems.
+ Coach and mentor global personnel, partnering with site leaders to sustain local implementation and cultural adoption.
+ Provide SME input to enterprise and site-level risk evaluations and continuous improvement strategies.
+ Implement monitoring systems to track progress and cultural alignment with problem-solving objectives.
+ Support quality and safety investigations with expert input and promote internal knowledge sharing and trend analysis.
+ Serve as global Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving Subject Matter Expert
+ Lead Root Cause Analysis or Problem-solving initiatives for significant issues within M&Q as needed
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
+ 15+ years of relevant experience in a regulated industry (preference for pharmaceutical experience)
**Additional Preferences:**
+ Proven expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, A3, DMAIC, Kepner Tregoe, Fault Tree).
+ Experience in formal leadership or supervisory roles.
+ Effective communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
+ Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
+ Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage multiple priorities.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$142,500 - $253,000
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
